Completely renovated in 2010. LA NOUVELLE PEYRIERE offers 2 private bedroom + every comfort and charming decor in a restful and relaxing atmosphere. An ideal holiday villa rental for a memorable vacation in the heart of Provence. Perfect for groups of 4-6. Located on a large property with a total of 3 independent and totaly private rentals.

This stone Vaucluse villa with pool is located between Carpentras and Mazan on a wonderful large wooded property (1 hectare) at the foot of Mont Ventoux. The property is surrounded by vineyards.

There is a large pool (4x10) with pool furniture and parasols. The pool is far enough from the house that no one is disturbed if some people want to wake early and have a swim while others are still sleeping.

This charming Vaucluse villa also has a large private terrace that gives onto the garden with its flowering shrubs and huge old trees, large enough for a stroll.

LA NOUVELLE PEYRIERE has 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining corner and living room, a large bathroom with a bath for 2 people, and a second washroom with toilet and sink.

Each room of this Vaucluse villa has double French doors opening onto the terrace and garden. The rooms are very separate to give total privacy.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The master bedroom has a double bed and wooden beamed ceiling.

The other bedroom has 2 single beds that can be put side by side to create a king size bed.

Each morning brings bird song from the birds that nest in the pines. It is a privileged moment to appreciate the calm of this delightful Vaucluse villa.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and a special over (four à pyrolyse).

The dining corner is large enough for 6 people to eat comfortably.

From the kitchen and dining corner you see out into the garden through French doors which allow you to enjoy the calm of the garden and old trees, both pine and oak.

The living area has a clic-clac for 2 people. If the doors to the bedrooms are closed, then there is full privacy.

The large bathroom has a tub for 2 people with a shower head at each end, as well as a handheld shower on the side of the tub. This bathroom also as an exposed stone wall and beamed ceiling. There are also a sink and toilet.

This wonderful Vaucluse villa also has a powder room with toilet and sink.

The large terrace in front of the main door offers lawn furniture so you can better enjoy the calm. The terrace is large enough so you can choose between a sunny area and one in the shade under the pines.

A private path permits you to appreciate the garden and grounds while walking to the pool.

LA NOUVELLE PEYRIERE is entirely on ground level. It is accessible for people with reduced mobility who can take a bath or who can install a transfer bench to use the 2 showers at each end of the bath.

She (and her husband) lives 5 km away and can fix all problems you can encounter during your stay. I live 1 hr away but I am always available if you need info regarding the area or the house.
