About the home

The villa is privately owned, recently renovated and very well maintained. It has terracotta tiled floors and large patio doors to all living rooms, and the cooling Caribbean trade winds blow throughout, so although there is air conditioning to all rooms, there is rarely a need to use it.

The villa has two en suite bedrooms, decorated to a very high standard, each with a terrace and a spacious first floor living area.

The villa nestles is the a village within the St. James Club Hotel. Allowing you to have total privacy and relaxtion, but the opportunity of using all of the hotel facilities.

Facilities

The large master bedroom has a super-king-size bed, patios back and front, and a large en-suite bathroom with giant bathtub/shower, bidet, wash basin, etc. The spacious second bedroom has a patio with sea and pool views, twin beds and an en-suite shower room.

Upstairs, the large living space has a well fitted kitchen, pretty furnished seating area, dining table and chairs, television and DVD player. This leads out to an extensive balcony, half of which is covered to provide protection from the heat of the sun. The view from the balcony is magnificent, looking over the adjacent pool and beyond to the turquoise sea and hills (where Eric Clapton is among the celebrities who own a home). As the villa faces west the sunsets are particularly spectacular.

The hotel boasts 4 swimming pools, 4 restaurants, spa, shop, hairdressers and wonderful, friendly staff.

The St. Jame's Club hotel operates an all inclusive package of food and drink, and our guests can choose to take advantage of this or be totally independent. There is a BBQ available on the balcony.

All non motorised water sports (including wind surfing, sailing, pedaloes etc), beach towels, use of the gym and exercise classes, afternoon volley ball, flood lit tennis courts, evening entertainment and a kids club can be enjoyed at no extra cost. There is a resident nurse and the whole site is manned with security gates, for extra peace of mind.
