Graziosissimo chalet in legno e pietra immerso in 4000 mq privati di verde disposto a terazze circondati da ulteriori prati sito a 150 m dal fiume Anza e a 12 km dal centro di Macugnaga e dalle piste da sci Possibilità in estate di mangiare sia sul terrazzo sotto il gazebo sia nel giardino nella zona barbecue dotata anche di un grandissimo tavolone su cui si può mangiare allegramente all'aperto nel verde.Il villino si articola su 2 piani che sviluppano una superficie complessiva di 110 mq dotato di riascaldamento autonomo.Il piano terra si apre su di un terrazzo sia sul davanti che sul retro della casa; al primo piano mansardato foderato interamente di legno si accede tramite una scala interna che raggiunge il disimpegno e 2 camere matrimoniali una delle quali generosamente balconata. Il piano terra è costituito da disimpegno,sala da pranzo con TV e caminetto in pietra inetrcomunicante con la cucina in arte.povera dotata di tutte le comodità ed elettrodomestici, bagno, ampio salone con TV, impianto dolby surround, TV SAT, lettore dvd, cd, videoregistratore ,libreria e giochi in scatola. Ideale per coppie e famiglie, si accettano anche animali purchè col dovuto riguardo;A 12 km dalle piste da sci nella località montana di Vanzone con S.Carlo. Ideale per una vacanza all'insegna del relax e del romanticismo; l'alchimia che lega il tutto è un mix di lusso discreto, comfort e praticità in un design sobrio e rustico. N.B.
