The Private Chapel, inside the park, is date from 1460 and it is quoted in the books as one of the oldest Church of Macerata.

San Pellegrino is situated in a beautiful panoramic hill, with a wonderful view, from where you can admire the Adriatic sea and Sibillini mountains.

Thanks to the good position and hilly climate, the house enjoys an atmosphere of total relax and wellness that improves the quality of your life.

The Villa is located in the heart of a green park of 30.000mq, between secular trees, fruit-trees and olive-tree, far from the town traffic, which makes the villa enjoyable and allows total privacy and quiet.

In short distance you can enjoy the beautiful sea of the Adriatic coast. It’s also possible to visit cultural places, near by the house, there is Loreto (sanctuary madonna di loreto), Recanati (birthplace of one of the most important Italian poet), Urbisaglia (Roman remains), Cingoli (wonderful panoramic view), Urbino (cultural and university centre), Assisi (basilica of San Francesco), Frassassi-Ancona (caves) and Sarnano (Sibillini mountains).

Macerata area

Few minutes by car, it is possible to visit one of the well-known cultural art-towns of Marche, Macerata, that during the summer draws many people to see the lyrical opera during the festival opera (15 July to 20 August) it’s possible to hear famous classical music.

Besides admiring the natural and artistic beauty, it’s also possible to buy profitable clothes and shoes in the many outlets, where you can find the most famous products of Italian fashion like Prada, Tod’s, Hogan , C. Paciotti and many others.

Fly to Ancona the rent a car or take the train to Macerata and than the bus to Madonna del Monte.

Villa San Pellegrino is finished with top quality materials like: marble, timber, iron-wrought, and especially the furnishings and the materials that have been employed, confer to the house an elegant and exclusive atmosphere.

The villa is completely fenced and the gate opening is electric. The distribution of the rooms makes the vacation more comfortable, the house is divided in 4 floors.

1° basement : bedroom with bathroom, kitchen fully equipped, spacious dining room, billiard room, service bathroom and laundry (with iron and washing-machine). All the rooms have out-admittance.

2° floor : spacious hall entrance, large sitting room, study/reading/game room, TV room, service bathroom, wardrobe, tea room.

3° floor : 3 double bedrooms, all of them have their own bathroom with shower and one of the rooms has a tub-hydro massage. Gallery to be used as a study or a reading room.

4° floor : mansard with sloping roof, 3 double bedrooms (with single bed) with their own bathroom. Sitting room (TV/reading), terrace with a panoramic-view.

Further details outdoors:
The villa is completely fenced and the gate opening is electric. The villa has a big swimming-pool about 200mq., (max depth cm260, minimum 130cm.), with furniture. Tennis court (with lighting system), bowling alley. Inside the park there is a private church dated 1400 and completely restored, consecrated, where it’s possible to have religious-ceremonies.

Conditions

ARRIVAL
Arrival will be on the established date between 4.00pm and 8.00pm. In case of delay , please notify the management in time. On arrival all the guests’ documents must be shown for registration.

DEPARTURE
The property must be left free at 10.00 a.m. on the departure date. The deposit will be given back after having checked out the house only. Please let the house in the same condition that you have found it. In case of anticipated departure, guest are not refunded.

We stayed at Villa San Pellegrino week 24/2005 and absolutely loved it! Pictures on the website do not lie, the place is a paradise.We can really recommend Pellegrino, also for families with children (the pool area is great for kids!).
3 generations of our family (from 3 months to 74 years) enjoyed the villa so much that we did not see much of Marche outside the gates. This we will see later, because we will be back for sure.
