The space

Beautiful holiday villa, on a ideal location with all the amenities for a perfect holiday. Extraordinary nature, stunning panoramic sea view, swimming pool, 3000 m2 garden, quiet location, close to the sea.

This house is on a quiet location on the end of the village Ivulici. At 330m height and only 1km from the sea, you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view on the Kvarner bay in North Adriatic. 3000 square meter garden is sorounded by forest and walking trails that can take you as high as 1401m, on the top of Ucka Nature Park.

Guest access

You can access most of the property except cellars and private storage areas.

Interaction with guests

I live 5 minutes away by car and I come every 2-3 days to check on the pool, mantain the garden and to see if you need anything and help you with that.

I always do the work when the guests are away, for peace and privacy.

I'm always available for questions, recomendations or help via phone, SMS or e-mail.

If you have any questions feel free to send me a message, I would love to help you. Please ask if I forgot to mention something, so there are no suprises when you arrive. Also if you need special dates that are not available in the calendar please ask me about it, if it is possible I will try to work it out.

The neighborhood

Lovran is a small town on east coast of peninsula of Istria. Placed between the sea and 1401m high mountain Ucka(Nature Park).

Interesting and diverse area. From remote beaches to hard to reach mountain tops and everything in between

Getting around

Car is highly advisable and is the best form of transport. There is also a bus to the coast aprox. 10 times per day, and then there is a bus along the coast every 30 minutes. Taxi is available.

Check-in time is 4PM - 8PM.

Since this house is in a village with permanent residents excessive partying and loud music will not be tolerated especialy by night! So if you are into that, this isn't house for you.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How can I retract my booking request?

    How do I cancel my booking?

    Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Vjekoslav (the owner) a message.

    If Vjekoslav (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
