Our cozy cottage is located on a quiet end of a village right next to the shore of Liptovska Mara. It benefits from 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces, fully equipped kitchen and open plan living room with log fire. The roof terrace provides stunning views of nearby lake and surrounding mountains.
There is a big kids playground with swings, slide, climbing wall, trampoline. Bike rental and BBQ at the premisses.

The High Tatras and Slovak paradise are a perfect day trip destinations for our guests. Here you find historic towns and traditional villages, medieval castles and unique caves, breathtaking mountains, water sports and fishing on our lakes and rivers. Some of the best Slovak restaurants offering traditional local cuisine.

The Liptovsky Mikulas / Vlachy area
Top slovak aqua-parks Tatralandia and Besenova are just a stone's throw away. The first one best know for their 30 slides, ideal for active fun. The second one preferred by those searching for relax in hot springs.
We are surrounded by Slovak top ski resorts. Ski Jasna 25 min, Ruzomberok Malino Brdo 25 min, Park Snow Donovaly 40 min, Strbske Pleso High Tatras 50 min and many small ski centers within the range of 30 min.
Lovely little villages and long valleys are best discovered by bike or by foot.
Two unique caves are just 30 minutes drive, the rare Demanovska Ice cave and the longest one in Slovakia - Demanovska cave of liberty.
There are numerous outdoor activity centers across the whole region so whether you're into quad bikes, horse-riding, rafting, mountain biking or paintball, this is the place to go.

Fantastic place, very cousy and nice. We came as a group of 8 and had a very comfortable stay. The only drawback in winter is the 20-30 minutes ride to the ski slopes. In summer though it should not be the issue, the place itself is next to the lake and in a cool picturesque spot. Will return with no doubts!:) |

The villas are beautiful and well equipped. They are surrounded by nature and next to a lake. They are very close to Besenova thermal park and there are restaurants closeby. For shops, you can go to Besenova and Liptovsky Mikulas. The fireplace is beautiful and cosy. It has everything you need, even for families with small babies. |

The location was very good for us, for trips to high and low Tatras and 15 minutes from Tatralandia waterpark. The road leading to the village is a bit too winding. The villa was new. Tastefully... more |

Nice spacious house (we stayed in a smaller one named Vlasky). Great and extremely helpful management provided on-site. Quite neighborhood. Beautiful surroundings. Many cites around to visit. Great vacation for a family with small kids who loves traveling and nature.

We hebben een prima herfstvakantie gehad met ons gezin. Het huis was zeer confortabel en keurig schoon. De beheerders waren behulpzaam en erg vriendelijk. Veel mogelijkheden, waaronder waterparkTatralandia (een echte aanrader), wandelen vanuit huis of in de omgeving.
Ook een dagtocht naar Budapest behoort tot de mogelijkheden. Verder hebben we heerlijk gegeten voor een zeer schappelijke prijs.
Kortom een prima adres, waar we met veel plezier op terugkijken.
Een prachtige week beleefd in het Villapark Vlasky. Het 8 persoonshuis was voor twee personen wel heel ruim. Het huis is modern ingericht en echt van alle gemakken voorzien. Met recht een villa. We zijn netjes ontvangen en kregen meteen goed advies over eetgelegenheden, winkelcentra en bezienswaardigheden. Ook de oplevering ging zeer soepel. We konden daarom aan het eind van de week ’s ochtends lekker vroeg weg. Dat kwam goed uit want we bezochten op de terugweg Auschwitz. Indrukwekkend. We zijn naar een ijsgrot geweest, naar de top van de hoogste berg en hebben een groot openluchtmuseum bezocht. Kastelen zijn er genoeg. Een mooie uitvalsbasis voor Krakau en de zoutmijnen. Ook mooie tochten door de Tatra’s gemaakt. De eerste nacht hebben we in Praag doorgebracht (Castle Residence Praha). De laatste nacht hebben we in een prachtig kasteel in Polen (Palac Brunow) overnacht. Beiden aanraders, en goedkoop. Al met al een zeer mooie vakantie gehad, in een schoon en comfortabel vakantiehuis.
Hebben hier met ons gezin een fantastische vakantie gehad. Huis was zeer ruim (en wij zijn met 6) en van alle gemakken voorzien en superschoon. 2 Badkamers en 4 grote slaapkamers. Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is gewoon goed!
Kampvuurplaats direct achter het huis, erg leuk (hout is aanwezig).
Zonnestand ook prima. Managers zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en attent en weten veel over de omgeving en de bezienswaardigheden te vertellen. Volop natuur en cultuur in de directe omgeving. Voor oudere kinderen zou een tafeltennis tafel oid wel leuk zijn. Leuk strandje aan een meer op 10 minuten rijden als je niet naar de grote zwembaden wilt. Ook zeer geschikte accomodatie voor wintersport in Jasna.
Rustig park met veel privacy.
