L'Abreuvette is located on the beautiful Argens river, only 4 km from Lorgues, a pretty village in the heart of the departement Var.

Lorgues has renowned restaurants and is surrounded by shops and supermarkets. The location is superb. At only ca 45 km from Saint-Tropez, 80 km from Cannes. It is 10 km from the Nice-Marseille motorway (A8), exit Le Luc, and at 15 km from Les Arcs, TGV railway station. Nice and Marseille airports are only on hours drive away.

A big living room opens out to the 3 big terraces with the 2 swimming pools, one facing South and the other East. The small pool is heated and can be used from May-October. The bigger round one generally can be used from June, July and August. A large and light well equipped kitchen also opens onto the terrace, which gets the morning sun for breakfast.
There is also a smaller living room where children can play and teenagers may feel independent.

The house has a peaceful atmosphere and is built in an area of around 4,500 square meters secluded landscaped garden.

There are shady areas under large trees, some of which are fruit trees. The fruits are at the guests disposal.
By the summer swimming pool there is a pergola covered with a spring flowering Wisteria and summer flowering Trumpet Creeper under which the summer kitchen with Barbecue is located.

From the garden there is a hidden stairway leading down to the river, where you can fish. There is also a petanque area in the garden and TV with wi-fi inside.

Included in the price is the bed linen and towels (changed weekly) and house cleaning. Maintenance of the swimming pool is done once a week. Pool towels are also complimentary.

The U shaped house has 2 wings. The South wing has 2bedroms and a big living room with a fireplace. The North wing consist of a one bedroom apartment with its own entrance (if wanted). In the center of the house is the entrance and the hall and a stair up to the upper bedroom with WC and shower.

If Terencia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
