Soleil, farniente et douceur de vivre à 6 km de la mer entre Cassis, La Ciotat, Bandol, Sanary et au calme de la campagne provençale, découvrez notre belle petite maison en pierres de taille, avec terrasse et jardin privatif de 100 m2 pour 1 à 4 personnes.

La maisonnette est attenante à la villa principale, avec un accès indépendant et nos lieux de vie sont à l’opposé l'un de l'autre afin de préserver l'intimité de chacun.

La location est située dans une magnifique propriété entre oliviers centenaires, figuiers, lavandes, amandiers, cyprès... et avec de typiques restanques en pierre.

Vous trouverez tout le charme de la Provence et serez au calme bercés par le chant des cigales (l'été), tout en profitant de belles journées à la plage, en balades ou randonnées.

Il y a énormément de choses à faire et à voir ici !

Nous nous trouvons en plein coeur du vignoble Bandolais avec tout ce que cela offre en domaines viticoles à découvrir et vin AOC Bandol et Côtes de Provence à déguster (avec modération bien sûr ).

La belle et grande plage des Lecques est la plus proche, il y a une longue esplanade pour faire de belles promenades tout le long de celle-ci avec parkings et accès direct sur le sable.

Vous pourrez pratiquer tous les sports nautiques, paddle, spot surf, planche à voile, plongée, bouée tractée, parachute ascensionnel ... Et sorties bateau.

Elle bénéficie du label "Pavillon bleu" pour la qualité de ses eaux et de ses ports.

La maison T2 mesure environ 42 m2 et comprend :

Un salon avec 2 fauteuils confortables et un canapé 2 places convertible en lit 140x190 cm (matelas épais pour bien dormir), une smart télé neuve marque TCL de 32'' (81cm) chaines françaises (

si vous êtes abonné Netflix, pensez à prendre vos codes) et connexion internet Wi-Fi (le débit peu être un peu lent ), et une climatisation réversible.⁰

Une cuisine ouverte aménagée (plaque de cuisson induction 2 feux neuve, hotte aspirante, réfrigérateur/congélateur, cafetière Nespresso, bouilloire, grille pain, mini four, four micro ondes, vaisselle, ustensiles et nécessaires de cuisine, etc) et un coin repas.

Une chambre cosy avec literie récente de qualité en Queen size (160×200 cm).

Matelas à mémoire de forme pour un très grand confort de couchage et de grands placards pour le rangement.

Une salle de bain avec douche spacieuse, vasque, belle faïence, grand miroir et wc.

Sèche cheveux, table et fer à repasser, ventilateur, aspirateur mis à disposition.

Chauffage électrique dans chaque pièce.

A l'extérieur une table de jardin en fer forgé, parasols, transats et superbes bains de soleil pour se détendre et profiter du jardin privatif à l'ombre du mûrier platane ou se faire bronzer au soleil.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If JC (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
