Samui Sunrise Villa, constructed over three levels connected by stairwells on a beautifully landscaped, ocean-facing hillside with jaw-dropping sea views from the infinity pool and every level of the house, is situated inside an exclusive luxury villa complex with gated guard entrance and round the clock security. This beautiful and luxurious 4-bedroom/ 5-bathroom property combines Thai tropical elegance with high European standards and amenities with air-conditioning and overhead fans throughout.

The first level offers parking areas with tropical gardens and lawns going up to the pool level featuring four well appointed en-suite double bedrooms are subtly decorated with attractive Asian art. The 2 master bedrooms are in the main building and a separate ‘Bali-style Wing’ houses 2 more en-suite bedrooms. All have wall-to-ceiling sliding glass doors opening onto the pool deck drawing in the cooling sea breezes. In the master and guest bedroom suites an appealing sense of space pervades with walk-in wardrobes and spacious bathrooms. The 2 Bali suites offer separate privacy and are well equipped with mini-fridge, full bath, satellite TV, personal safes and wardrobes.

The airy upper main living floor comprises an expansive living room, beautifully lit at night with concealed lighting, literally folds open from the floor to ceiling windows onto stunning sea and mountain views. Comprised of plush furnishings, Asian artworks and a surrounding area sofa for festive social gatherings, the room also boasts state-of-the-art audio visual systems, as well as an office alcove and library. The opposite end features the kitchen and dining areas, with seating up to eight at a magnificent Thai designed table. This area is also bathed in arresting island views while adjacent sliding glass doors open to cushioned outdoor seating for morning sunrise and moonlit dining.

The lower pool level offers guests an ideal spot for daytime relaxation and sun fun on a spacious deck furnished with sun beds surrounding the villa’s tempting 40 sq. meter turquoise infinity private swimming pool — reaching out towards the ocean and blue horizon beyond. The outdoor lounge space provides further cushioned comfort with a third dining table for alfresco meals. Also on deck is a shaded area ping pong table and open-air shower.
