Niagara - "Choose To Be Happy!" is our 2nd vacation rental property located in Barbican Heights in a high-end neighbourhood called Millsborough. This neighbourhood is home to international reggae superstars, business moguls, past prime ministers, clergy men and renowned people of affluence.

A self-contained one (1) bed-room flat situated on a one (1) acre property which is approximately 1.9 Km or 8 minutes from the adjoining community of Liguanea. Our valued guests can quickly gain access to numerous amenities such as restaurants, shopping areas, movie theaters, tourist attractions, hospitals, schools, etc. Either way, you have chosen the perfect location for your trip to Kingston.

On entering Niagara you will discover a cottage type feel that is alive and well and full of charm. If one were to descend into the living room this area is wide open, airy and full of light but the most popular area seems to be the back porch which opens out to a garden view with lots of vegetation including mango trees. The cottage features a HUGE bed-room with a king-sized bed, sofa in both the bed-room and living room area. The space is tastefully decorated and includes a fully stocked linen closet, toaster, microwave & conventional oven, fridge, pots and pans...everything YOU need to feel just right at home. Most of all, it's spotlessly clean…everyone's favorite.

Anyone whom has ever stayed here loves the space so much that they keep coming back. It's a quaint cabin in the city!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
