Xabia Javea Costa Blanca Holiday Home for rent

The house is located on the top of the street with wonderful view above the valley Javea, right to the mount Montgo.

The Villa Gaetanne Javea is build on 2 levels ; offers 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens , full equipped with all kind of new modern amenities.

We provide 3 bedrooms, each with bathroom and airconditioning.

The house was built with thick stones and is fully insulated, with strong double glazed security windows and doors, keeping heat and cold outside. All rooms nonetheless have ceiling fans to provide a cool breeze. All windows have built-in mosquito net.

The location of the house makes it well suited for pleasant walks or bicycle trips directly from the house around the citrus fields and adjacent areas. Supermarkets and other facilities can be found at around 4 minutes’ drive.

A golf course is located at 3 km distance, a tennis club, karting and other clubs at around 3.5 km distance only.

Javea’s attractive port and sea boulevard is located at approx. 5 km.

    How do damage deposits work?
