A large, light and spacious villa surrounded by mature gardens and shrubs. The moment you enter the grounds you have the feeling of complete seclusion and privacy. One cannot fail to be enchanted with the large patio and kidney-shaped pool with its arched Andalucian-style walls adorned with bougainvilleas and other flowering shrubs.

The main living area has three of the bedrooms and two bathrooms, all on the same level as the patio and swimming pool. The living room is very large with two separate lounge areas and an attractive dining recess with a beautiful glass table for 10 people. The fourth large bedroom with bathroom is on a lower level, accessed by an external staircase. The villa has Air-Conditioning (Hot/Cold) in all the bedrooms and lounge areas. Wi-Fi and multi language television is also available.

There is a good supermarket in the vicinity. Other shops, bars and restaurants are within a few minutes radius by car. About 3 kms away is the Arenal beach offering sand and sea, an extraordinarily bustling and lively atmosphere, nightlife for the young and not so young and a good choice of bars, restaurants and shops. The attractive port and historic old town of Javea are also well worth a visit. This part of the Costa Blanca now has many excellent golf courses - the nearest being just 10 minutes drive away.

Important notice(s) - 1/ Please note that groups of people less than 25 years in age are not permitted at this property. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger persons when accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. Should you be under the minimum age requirement and proceed to confirm the reservation regardless, on arrival you will be denied entry to the property and forfeit any right of refund.

2/ Winter reservations between 01 November and 31 March, longer than 31 nights in duration receive a special discounted rate and DO NOT include utility bills such as electric and water or weekly linen changes. Utility usage is payable on departure.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
