The apartment complex is located in the Tides on Hollywood Beach , Miami . In the fall of Hallandale Beach.

Strategically located on the beach , 5 minutes from Aventura Mall, Sawgrass Mills 25 , a few blocks from Biscayne Blvd, the Gulfstream Casino, its areas with shops and restaurants , minutes from Best Buy , Target , Marshall, across the street is one Seven Eleven open 24 hours , and two blocks on hallandale blvd , Supermarkets 24hour Walmart , Publix and shopping as Burlingtoon , and Ross . Just minutes from downtown Hollywood with its bars and restaurants, and close to the recently opened Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino with its shops and restaurants . Ideal for families, a few blocks from the boardwalk , pedestrian along the sea where there are restaurants, ice cream shops, an amphitheater , you can make the journey on foot or rent bicycles .

It has all the amenities of a 5 star and is a building of its kind, has two heated pools with tropical gardens , large solarium , two gymnasiums last generation , a movie theater , a games room , Wi Fi , valet parking , and security 24 hours .

The most important thing is that it has direct access to the beach , the pools are glued to the beach. There is no public access , so the beach is very unique because it is only frequented by the inhabitants of the Condominium. The sea in this area is characterized by shallow and calm .

The apartment of 82 square meters consisting of 1 bedroom with dressing room ( walk in closet ), 1 bathroom with bath , kitchen, large living and dining room, closet storage. 2 sofa bed , 2 LED TVs 55" and 42"; tables and chairs for 6 people and Internet access. Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove and oven , microwave , dishwasher , coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, crockery and kitchen totally complete for 6. Sheets, towels and umbrella with 2 chairs for the beach. Balcony with two chairs and a great view of the Intercoastal Canal . It has a laundry room on each floor with 2 washing machines and 2 drying .

El departamento de 82 metros cuadrados compuesto por 1 dormitorio con vestidor (walking closet), 1 baño completo con bañera, cocina, amplio living y comedor, placard de guardado. 2 sofa cama , 2 televisores LED de 55” y 40"; mesas y sillas para 6 personas e Internet Wifi. Cocina totalmente equipada con horno y cocina eléctricos, microondas, lavavajilla, cafetera, tostadora, heladera con freezer, vajilla y batería de cocina completísima para 6 personas. Sabanas , toallas y sombrilla con 2 reposeras para la playa . Balcón con 2 sillones y una excelente vista al Canal Intercosta. Cuenta con un Lavadero por piso con 2 máquinas de lavado y 2 de secado.

How do damage deposits work?

If Administracion (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
