Excellence in Hospitality . The Villa boasts a luxurious, spacious living and dining area, elegantly decorated throughout and a fully equipped kitchen.Lounge features comfortable leather sofas and arm-chair, Plasma TV and DVD player. A guest cloakroom is also available on ground floor.There are air conditioning units in all bedrooms , kitchen and living area, which can be used for both heating and cooling and which are included in the price. A safety deposit box, hair-dryer and all linen and bathroom towels are provided. Two baby cots, a high chair and a bouncy chair are provided upon request. All 4 colourful bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master double bedroom features an en-suite shower room (wc included) and shares a sea facing balcony with the second double bedroom. The two remaining bedrooms are both twin bedded rooms which can be made upas doubles if preferred and they both overlook the large private pool and garden. All bedrooms have bedside tables & lamps. 3 pin plugs so no adaptor is required. A full family bathroom completes the accommodation on this floor. No Smoking is allowed inside the house.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Koulla (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
