Welcome to our little paradise in Florida!

Come and enjoy some magic days at our Barra Villa Resort, which is well renowned for its sophisticated and playful atmosphere. The resort consists all in all of 8 lovely apartments and studios with a central, large pool area and backyards which offer the opportunity to relax.

ROOM NAPLES

sun-drenched accommodation with a large and well-equipped kitchen - bedroom with Queen-size bed - bathroom with shower - short way to the veranda - a touch of Key West in Ft. Myers!

Wooden walls, high ceilings, and white furniture transform the apartment into a very special, magical place. To create an even more cozy atmosphere, we used wicker furniture and decorated the apartment with warm, earthy colors. You can relax in one of the comfy armchairs, enjoying a movie on TV or listening to some music.

The highlight of the Room Naples is the unusually spacious, very well-equipped kitchen with a lounge area. Our guests really enjoy dining in the large kitchen on a comfortable bench or one of the wicker chairs.

The bathroom with shower was equipped with new furniture after the renovation in December 2016. You won´t need to worry about any sheets or covers since we offer plenty of those at the accommodation.

After eventful days, it´s just a short way from the Room Naples onto our porch from which you´ll have a beautiful view through the tropical garden.

Thank you for the evaluation. Of course, we were happy to pass your compliments to our property manager. We apologize for any inconvenience you had f.e. because of the wooden floor - but the Villa Barra is our "old charming lady". We put already some carpets in the upstairs units but in a house with 5 apartmens you can´t avoid any kind of noises. Yes, as mentioned in the advertisement we offer only local TV and the pool is a shared pool. But, however just as in our other properties who has a shared pool we never had the problem of at least 20 guests around there because most of our guests use our Villa Barra as some kind of "home base" for many day trips...in the end I wanna thank you for your comments and suggestions as they are very important to us to guarantee the satisfaction of our guests today and also in the future.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
