. The two story ceiling , instantly welcomes you with sunlight . Its spacious open floor plan enables you to admire the view from every corner .

The whole main floor is open and so with just one glance , everything is in sight .The kitchen , which is fully equipped with an island in the middle provides added preparation space . Therefore the chefs within the group can prepare their specialty , without feeling left out of the interesting conversation going on around . The central island is especially handy for guests to interact on the bar stools while admiring the chef's cooking skills .

The tv room, with a 50 inch smart tv, on the main floor can be converted into the 4th bedroom Guests will find a bathroom and shower next to this .All bedrooms have air conditioning .

Andrealexia Sea View Villa is very bright and sunny thanks to the high two story ceiling and windows facing the sea view and the private pool. It has two living rooms on main floor both with sea view . There is a granite fire place in the centre of the living room to enjoy during the colder months . There is wireless WiFi through out the entire villa.

This vacation villa has a BBQ , for those who wish to try their skills .. If relaxation and private time is all that you desire from your holidays, Andrealexia is perfect. Unwind by the private pool and admire the sea view by day . At night , the romantic lights from the garden make the atmosphere tranquil but inviting . How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Tsampika Ketsa (the owner) a message.

If Tsampika Ketsa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
