The Champagne Trail/ Route Touristique du Champagne
To discover the wines of Champagne and the soil on which they are grown, simply explore the trail devoted to them.
The itinerary, which is clearly marked out all the way, runs through two departments: Marne and Aube. Stop off at a small wine grower's cellar or a major Champagne house in order to find out the secrets of how it is made.
Epernay is the sparkling capital of the champagne, the city hosts famous champagnebrands such as Moët & Chandon, Mercier and Castellane.
Visit the huge cellars of these companies or visit the smaller producers, in and around Epernay. and Reims and don't forget to taste this fantstic sparkling wine!

"Fantastic apartment, helpful hosts and a beautiful town"
We arrived late on Saturday night to be met by Sebastien and Marin who explained the apartment and where to eat and what to do for our stay in Epernay. The apartment is an absolute gem. Beautifully furnished, comfy bed and living area and a kitchen with everything you need (we only needed coffee having made the very best of the local restaurants...). The parking space made getting in and out very easy and the apartment was minutes away from all the lovely places to wander and drink and eat and eat and drink... Great place to stay and aid like to think we will be back - thank you both for a great stay!

The apartment was bright, airy, and very clean. Close to the town centre with plenty of restaurants to chose from. Parking can be a bit tricky at times, but we managed.

"A must stay in Epernay"
We have stayed three times now in this apartment and we absolutely love it. Its location in Epernay is so central you can walk everywhere. The decor is breathtaking and has a luxurious feel. There is the added bonus that one of the owner's father is an international award winning champagne maker and visiting the champagne house not far from Epernay itself is a must. We will be back to stay again in the future I'm sure
