Central Air Conditioned and lovely home on bay side,very near Campground and Cooks Brook beaches. Open and bright, this home offers a well equipt kitchen, large livingroom with fireplace and 32 inch Hi Def TV, dining room with fireplace and wet bar with granite countertop and icemaker, cathedral ceilings and French doors out to the brick patio. First floor Master bedroom has a queen size bed and bathroom with a shower and a separate powder room for guests. Upstair bedrooms have 1 queen and 2 twins and shared full bath with tub and shower. There is a mahogany enclosure on the outside shower. All this PLUS Central Air Conditioning! This home is .8 to Campground or Cooks Brook Beach parking lots on the bayside of Eastham. No Pets Accepted. Much More Than We Expected

The rental was spotless, and had many nice updates. We could have sat forever in the beautiful dining room, which felt very open and airy. Would rent it again in a second!
