£200 security deposit required to secure booking. This is then returned within 2 weeks when you vacate the apartment. A payment of 90 euros is also required to be left in the apartment for the cleaning company at the end of your stay. Should you forget to leave it, it will be deducted from your security deposit. The amount for your holiday is then required 8 weeks before start of rental period. Payment required by cheque or bank transfer.Reduction for long term rental, minimum of 4 weeks.
The Costa Blanca/Valencia region
The region of Valencia has a typical Mediterranean climate. There are 2500 hours of sunshine per year and the average sea water temperature ranges from 13oc minimum in the winter to 26oc in the summer.The average air temperature ranges from 15oc in the winter to 32 oc in the summer. Such temperatures makes Denia an ideal location for year round holidays.Located 10 minutes walk from the apartment is Denia town, a delightful cosmopolitan town, rich in history and culture.
The towns focal point is the 16th century castle, which dominates the town from a height of 58 m. Shopping in Denia is located in the main central street which is , Calle Marques de Campo. This is a wonderful place to sit and relax in the many cafes which occupy this Parisian-style tree lined avenue. A multitude of restaurants offering some of the best regional and international cuisine.
There is also an air conditioned shopping mall approximately 5 minutes drive from the town, just before you come to the toll gates. It is called Portal de La Marina. There are many shops, restaurants, bars, children's play area and a cinema.
Denia is a coastal city located to the north of the province of Alicante and has a 20km coastline.
Although the beaches are long, they are not enormous and generally appeal to family-type tourism.
The town is divided into three distinct sections. There is the old town, with its narrow cobbled streets and its monuments of Spanish history and culture. the port area is still a working fishing port and is a delightful place to visit with its mixture of fish markets and seafront bars and cafes. There is also the marina with stunning views and many bars and restaurants.
