A villa with a contemporary feel on a small complex of 8 villas sharing a good sized pool with shallow end for younger children. The villa is very well equipped with everything you will need and has it's own garden with secure gate to the pool area. It has a dining patio on the ground floor and a wonderful sun terrace on the first floor with a stunning view of the beautiful Montgo mountain. There are 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin) and 2 bathrooms.
The villa is within 10 minutes walk of the centre of Denia with it's wonderful shops and restaurants and is also 10 minutes fwalk rom the Marina where you can drink and dine with great views of the town and surroundings. The nearest beach is by the Marina and is very safe. Further extensive beaches run for 20 km north of Denia and access and parking is easy even in the summer months. There is also a beautiful rocky coastline around Las Rotas just south of the town which makes for great snorkelling and also has some beautifully situated restaurants. 5 Golf courses are nearby including La Sella, Javea and Oliva Nova providing great choice.
There are 2 local supermarkets - less than 5 minutes walk - providing all that you need.

The property is well furnished with quality furnishings and also has a connecting lead for I Pods allowing them to be connected to the Hi-Fi system. There is satelitte TV with BBC, ITV, Channel 5 etc.

The villa has it's own parking space on a driveway behind an electric gate. The garden runs around the house allowing for a safe play area for children or for great sunbathing. There are 4 full reclining sun chairs and dining facilities inside and outside. There is also a barbecue in the garden.
A welcome pack can be ordered for when you arrive and there is a local contact who will meet you on arrival, show you around and hand over the keys to you. For those people staying more than one week, a weekly clean can be arranged at additional cost.
No smoking allowed inside the villa.
A payment of one third of the rental fee needs to be made at the time of booking. This is non refundable. The balance of the payment needs to be paid a minimum of 8 weeks before arrival. Once this payment is made it is also non refundable. For any bookings made under 8 weeks before arrival, the full payment must be made. Once this payment is made it is also non refundable. It is important that you take adequate travel insurance to cover any cancellation.
A £150 deposit against damages or exceptional cleaning is required when paying for the final booking. This will be returned within 2 weeks of the end of the holiday subject to satisfactory property inspection. The damages deposit also covers situations which involve the call out of the management company in non emergency situations or because of your neglect - such as locking yourself out. Deductions for this will be £20 and any key replacements will be at cost.
Payment of one third of the rental fee is due at the time of booking.
The balance is due along with the damages deposit 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
We do not accept bookings from adults under 21 years of age.
The villa is part of a small community and it is important that guests respect the needs of other residents and do not make excessive noise around the house and community pool area.
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The region provides a great climate for enjoyment around the year. It has something for everyone. Great beaches and theme parks for families - water parks, parks with exciting rides and animal parks. There is easy access to activities such as quad biking, go karting and water sports of all kinds.
For golfers there is choice of great courses all within easy access designed by Severiano Ballesteros amongst others.
For walkers there is the Montgo to climb and beautiful interior hills and countryside which are at their best in the early Spring. For cyclists you can use the Montgo national park on the outskirts of Denia.
The Denia / Near Marina area
Denia is the capital of the Marina Alta region and is a lively, modern, cosmopolitan town which provides you with a wide range of things to do. There are many shops in the town which offer great clothes and shoe shopping. It is large enough to have great choice but small enough to be easy to get around.
Eating out is a real pleasure in Denia - there are more than 300 restaurants of all types and prices from Michelin starred right the way through to great valued Pizza and Tapas. Traditional Mediterranean rice dishes and fish stews are a speciality and there is a huge choice of fresh seafood which comes daily from the fishing port in Denia.
There are also some great bars particularly at the Marina which allow you to sit out with spectacular views and there is also a great Irish bar in town if Guinness is your choice!

The villa in Denia is equi-distant between Alicante and Valencia airports. All the main low cost carriers fly to one or both of the airports but Alicante is the best served from vitually every UK international airport. The web sites for the main airlines are listed below:
The journey time from the airports to the villa is around 1 hour and 15 minutes. The route is simple - particularly from Alicante - the driving is easy and is motorway for virtually the whole journey. The road is not crowded even during the peak summer months.
We recommend you book a car either through www.carjet.com or www.holidayautos.co.uk for the best rates. If you prefer to book direct we have found that Europcar is very good - www.europcar.com - and they have an office that is near to the villa if you only want a car for a short period.

Stayed for 4 months. The Viilla was well maintained, clean, well situated, suitably equipped and in a peaceful location but only 10 mins. walk to the old town , the beach and the marina. We used the trains as the station is only 15 mins away and very cheap and we also used the Alsa bus servie (to Valencia) which also was very cheap, and again just a 15 min walk away. The owners take particular care in the contact they had with us before we arrived and the agent was there to meet us and she also was very helpful.

The service received was excellent from the inital contact with the owners (who were very helpful) down to the property agent meeting us on arrival. The villa is in a peacful location however you can still walk into Denia's town centre within 10-15 mins. There is a large supermarket a couple of minutes away which had everything we needed for our stay. The villa is definitely home from home, comfortable furniture, lovely garden, bbq, shared pool (very quiet we had it to ourselves most of the holiday) the kitchen is well equipped we loved the fact it had a food processor, cafetiere etc.
Denia is a beautiful Spanish town with plenty of tapas bars and restaurants, we would highly recommend staying at the villa for your holiday!
