A beautifully new designed Penthouse apartment available to rent in an exclusive area of Denia located in the natural park of El Mongo. The apartment is only a few minutes’ walk from the Yachtport and Beach. You will also be very close to a number of fantastic Restaurants, Bars and Retail shops.

The penthouse apartment resides amongst a very small and well secured community of just 30 apartments, allowing you to have the freedom and space that should be available to you while you are on holiday.

You will also be able to enjoy a large sized private swimming pool, and witness a stunning panoramic view from a very spacious yet intimate Terrace. The key aspects of this apartment make this a great holiday getaway and you will only be 10 minutes walk from the Beach. The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The exclusive town of Denia has a special microclimate environment, and a minimum of 300 sunny days per year.
Denia’s beach has been awarded a premiere blue beach flag status (only the best beaches within Europe can be awarded this prestigious status), the coastal region is the nearest point to the Ibiza islands from Spain’s main land, and the port has more ferries leaving to the Baleric Island then anywhere else (regular timetable every 2 hours).
The Denia town is situated on the mountain in front of the coast, allowing a spectacular view of seafront and private virgin calas. The mountain routes are fun and exciting, and the natural view once you reach the top is breathtaking.
For all golf enthusiasts, you will be glad to know that the LA Sella Marriott Golf Course Denia is only 10 minutes away from central Denia. The course boasts a 21 hole golf course.
Denia has three areas:
Las Marinas beach - 20 km of beautiful sandy beach, with an array of sports facilities, such as voleyyball, rugby, surfing, windsurfing, scuba diving and kayaking.
Las Rotas - Rocky beach with private virgin calas, very popular for scuba diving, The “La Marina”, is integrated into this area, which is the yachtport of Denia. The yachport has exclusive restaurants, nightclubs and bars.
The town centre - A traditional Spanish town with lots of shops and tapas restaurant. There are also regular popular festivities occuring such as Fallas, Bous a la Mar (A popular festival recognised internationally as one of Spain’s main tourist attraction).
Denia is an ideal holiday location all year round, with 300 days of sunny weather you can not go wrong.

The Denia / Montgo Sol area

El Montgo natural park is the most exclusive area within Denia, Viñas Del Sol (apartment) is located in a quiet residential area very close to "Las Rotas" beach and near the highly sort after yatch club,
The apartment is a walking distance to the town centre where "marques de campo" is based. The lovely town has traditional bars and restaurants, complimented by some of the most established retail outlets which are usually right next to small modern boutiques.
Denia is ideal for long family holidays, and young and retired people getaways, as it offers lots of activities such as surfing, windsurfing, volleyball, kayaking, mountain trips, safari, golf, tennis and traditional festivals.
The Montgo area is ideal to visit in Denia all year around. The apartment is south facing with stunning views to the El Montgo Mountain.

You can arrive to Denia/Costa Blanca North using very low cost airlines either Easyjet or Ryanair to Alicante Airport. At the same you could stop first at Valencia which is the same distance as Alicante Airport from Denia.

You have two main options to arrive at the apartment from the Airport, there is the Bus or we can offer you a secured and competitive deal with a local taxi service, that we have used for many years.
