"Casa Elegancia" is a fabulous light & airy 2 bedroom apartment that sleeps 6 situated less than 400 metres from Denia's golden "Las Marinas" beach and just a stroll from the cosmopolitan high street shops on the "Marques de Campo".
The accommodation has been furnished to an extremely high standard and comprises a large combined lounge/dining room incl. satellite TV, DVD & CD music system, two bedrooms (a double and a twin), one full bathroom with shower and a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen. Both the living room and master bedroom open on to a sheltered south facing sun terrace that overlooks the Denia and the "Montgo" mountains.
The property includes allocated underground parking from which glass-enclosed elevators provide access to the lobby. The complex also boasts a 50m dolphin-shaped pool set within landscaped gardens as well as a business centre with internet access, children’s play area, gymnasium and sauna.
Communal WiFi is available within the apartment at no charge.
Less than 400 metres from the 23km stretch of sandy beaches at Las Marinas, 500 metres from Denia tennis club and just a 10 minute stroll to Denia marina and town centre.

There are 300 days of the year with the sun shinning and the average sea water temperature ranges from 13°C minimum in winter to 26°C in summer.
Denia, an ideal location all year for a holiday is a typical Mediterranean however cosmopolitan town, that is rich in history and culture. Shopping is located in the main central street, Calle Marques de Campo with other smaller but interesting shops in the connecting streets. The town's focal point is the 16th century castle, which dominates the town from a height of 58m. There are also many cafes and bars to enjoy an afternoon of people watching.

So much to do - Cosmopolitan Denia just a short stroll away has loads of fabulous restaurants and great shopping, huge beach with water sports a few minutes walk away, Denia Tennis Club just down the road (non-members welcome), Spa facilities available next door at the **** Daniya Hotel, large marina and yacht club for sailing enthusiasts, numerous festivals are held in the town during the year including the Summer when the bull run takes place, less than 1 hour to Terra Mitica amusement park, island of Ibiza just a short ferry ride away, numerous golf courses within a short drive and great scenery.

Its a very nice and beautifull furnished appartment, from witch you can see that the furniture is choosen with love. The complex where te appartment is situating isnice and you can easely walk to the centre off Denia. The sea you can also reach in tew minutes walking. We have been renting this appartment for a couple of times and we are looking foreward to visite again next May |

I have been fully satisfacted of Casa Elegancia!I recommend it to a family with children. It is very comfortable, with all the comodities. The residence is nice as well and the beaches are beautiful. Yes, I can say I have had a lovely vacation in Denia and in casa Elegancia. Denia is a small nice village ideal for a relaxing vacation. Moreover, I have been satisfied of the assistance I received by Casa Elegancia owner's agent in Denia. There is a useful wi-fi connection available, even if it needs just a little improvement. |
