Torre del Golfo, offers ospitality in a unspoiled area on the Ionian coast of Calabria. Nearby there are many opportunities for excursions, above all we like to mention the one to the Sila National Park with his mountains, woods and wildlife at only 30 km, and the one to Le Casrella at 20 km where you can find the beauty of an ancient castle surrounded by the protected waters of the Marine Reserve of Isola Capo Rizzuto. On the farm are produced olive oil, vegetables, oranges. Visits to olive presses and wineries can be arranged.

The Southern Italy / Calabria region
Calabria in the far south of Italy offers lovely coastlines, inland you can find spectacular woods ideal for trekking and old hidden villages with true meditteranean atmosphere. The climate offers mil winters on the coast and with snow inland, from spring to autumn the sea can be enjoyed for bathing. Trough all Calabria you can find reminds of her long history, there are many greek and roman archeological sites.

By airplain: Ryan Air - Alitalia - AirOne - fly to Lamezia Terme airport By train: Cropani train station By car: 106 road from Taranto to Reggio Calabria, way out for Cropani mare; A3 motorway from Salerno to Reggio Calabria exit at Lamezia Terme, follow directions for Catanzaro and then for Crotone.

Further details indoors: The apartment is on two floors, kitchen/dining room on ground floor, with tables and sitting facilities inside and out on the patio, on the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and a private terrace that faces the sea, another one with 2 single beds and 1 with 3 single beds. There are two bathrooms with shower. The full surface is about 120 sq meters, plus the 2 terraces of 20 sq meters each. The kitchen is full equipped and has even an oven.
Further details outdoors: There is a large garden where you can relax in the shade of Palms and Cypress trees, for the children there is a playground, all around the building there is our own farm cultivated with oranges and tangerines. We are pleased to offer to our guest typical calabrian meals and bbq's, where you can try our farm products and wines from the region. For who likes to spend some time away from the beach, we suggest to visit many interesting sites inland with cultural historic or naturalistic interest.
Further details
Our resort has been always appreciated by families or people travelling with pets, due to the wide free spaces surroinding the building full of green. Pets are allowed even on the beach.
