From the owner

This is a lovely 1 bedroom 3rd floor apartment of 37sqm . It is in the Saboia B residence. It was recently completely renovated. It sleeps 4 comfortably – 2 singles (which can also convert to a double) in the bedroom and 2 singles in the living area. The balcony is south facing with a nice view of the mountains. There are no buildings between our building and the mountains so it is very peaceful. It is situated just off the Folyeres piste, allowing you to ski to the building and down to the lifts, from where you can access all 600 km of the 3 valleys ski area.

It is only 2 minutes walk from the centre of the station and all shops. The apartment is fully equipped to include free Wifi, open plan living/dining area with flat screen TV, DVD player and bathroom with washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. It has under-floor heating and its own ski locker and secure car parking space.

It is also available for rent during July & August and is a perfect base for Alpine walking, cycling, down-hill Mountain biking and climbing. La Tania also has its own communal open-air swimming pool. Summer skiing is even possible on the Tignes glacier. And if you want to "find yourself" you can use it out of season.

Included in the price: Bed linen and change-over cleaning. Change over day is Saturday.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
