Nestled in among shops and the famous restaurants in the Rue Felix Faure it enjoys open views over the shady square where the daily flower market, weekly antique dealers and Artists set up their stalls. Beyond the square you enjoy views onto the ‘Old port’ and the ‘Suquet’ (the hillside on which the picturesque Old town of Cannes elegantly lays) to your left, just 180 metres away is the ‘Palais de Festival’ where all the conferences and most of the festivals take place. The apartment has a rare private terrace of 12 metres squared, being south facing, you can sit and relax on it all day, even in winter !

I would simply run out of screen if I began to even try to sum up the riches diversity and beauty of Cannes. Most people will have already heard about Cannes and its allure. I’ve been in the region for over 18 years and still find Cannes a magical town with a unique atmosphere. But here’s a taste anyway ! Annually Cannes offers so many events, festivals and activities for virtually every taste and budget. Just in close proximity to the apartment you will discover; Boat trips to the isles off Cannes and to St Tropez 160m (Metres). Casino, (170m) Day/night Fishing, boat hire and water sports (78m). Food from every corner of the world (From 10m). Shops, Rue Meynadier 40m. Cinema, (195m) various local markets ‘Le Marche Fortville’ 95m. ‘Musee de la Castre’ exhibiting varied Mediterranean art, ceramics and artefacts can be found in the twisty streets and passageways of the old town (145m) not forgetting the gorgeous soft sandy beach (190m) and magnificent coastline.

By Air :- Fly to Nice: At Nice Airport take the 'Airport Shuttle' which run every half hour, arrive direct in Cannes centre 'Hotel de Ville' (Town hall). The apartment is now just 45 meters away. No other busses etc needed.
We can also meet you at Nice airport and take you directly to your door.
By Car:- Exit the A8 Autoroute at junction 42. Follow directions for the 'Centre Ville', then 'veiux port'. The apartment is 3.4Km from the autoroute exit and a straight through run.
By Train:- From the station the apartment is 480m away.

It is clean, tidy and uncluttered inside yet has everything you will need (and probably more) for your break. Reversible air conditioning, treble glazing, roller shutters. TV & CD player with a range of video's & CD's Double or 2 single beds as preferred. Quality double Sofa bed in lounge. Intercom telephone access. Parking can be arranged. In the interest of other guests Sorry no smokers. Unfortunately we do not consider the apartment suitable for young children. Please bring along your own beach towels. We would appreciate if you could please water the flowers on the terrace.

* 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. The full balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to your holiday. * A refundable 200 Euro (or Sterling equivalent) deposit to be lodged with us upon arrival against accidental breakages or damage. * It is expected that the apartment would be left in a clean condition. * Meet & greet arrival :- To ensure top quality and worry free arrival of all guests, upon departure 65 euro is asked for > Meet & greet reception, key handovers, linen, cleaning and checking out etc.. * Obviously Telephone costs are to be paid separately. * During low season heating is non-inclusive.
* Other than the above items there are no other extra charges you need to budget for.
* During your stay you will be left to your own devices, but should you need any assistance during your break we are available.
