Being situated on the ground floor makes it easy for wheelchair/pushchair access. The living area is open plan with patio doors leading directly onto the spacious terrace, which in turn leads onto the private garden. Guests can enjoy al fresco dining, sun bathing on the terrace or garden and enjoy the large swimming pool which is fully enclosed for child safety. There is also an indoor shower and toilet adjacent to the pool.
The fully equipped modern kitchen, with dining table and chairs, opens onto the main living area. The apartment has two double bedrooms one with a double bed and the second with 2 single beds and a fold down bed (suitable for a child). Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has patio doors leading to the terrace. There is also a travel cot for babies. The well-appointed bathroom has a bath with shower and vanity unit (separate WC). A hairdryer and straighteners are also provided. The beautiful sandy beach is just a couple of minutes walk away, together with eateries and watersports. The beach stretches right along the coast so you can choose to walk or drive to other parts of the beach if you desire. Cannes centre boasts the beautiful Croisette, with the continuing stretch of beach, well known hotels and designer shops. Rue de Antibes is just behind the Croisette where you will find many high street shops. There are even market shops where you will find the usual souvenirs. Within walking distance from the apartment there is a convenience store, pharmacy, cafe and petrol station. The airport is approximately a 25 minute drive from the apartment. However, there is a fantastic bus and train service available so car hire is not essential. There are bus stops each way right outside the apartment, costing around 1 Euro per person to and from Cannes centre. A very cheap and convenient way to travel. There are many areas along the coast worth visiting. Juan les Pins is a lively town with an equally beautiful beach. Antibes is full of shops and eateries and quite lively at night. There is a tourist train to show you round various sights in Antibes. Marineland is a full days entertainment with numerous animals to visit, dolphin shows etc. Well worth a visit with children. For golf lovers, Mandelieu Golf Course is one of the finest in the south of France.
Holiday makers will not be disappointed with this beautiful area or the weather. You can choose as much or as little to do as suits your mood. You will find many restaurants, no matter what you taste may be - fish, meat, pizza or vegetarian - there is something for everyone. Cannes and the surrounding area is also suited to all age groups. Again, there is something for everyone!
