Three bedroom, three bathroom modern attached villa with stunning sea-views, garden, terrace and solarium in the quiet and exclusive Calas de Campoamor complex on Aguamarina seafront..

This modern property is located in the beautiful Calas de Campoamor complex alongside the Aguamarina beach at the junction of the Cabo Roig strip and the entrance to Dehesa de Campoamor. The property has sea views from the living room, two bedrooms, the roof solarium, rear terraces and garden, and pool views from the third bedroom.

To the front of the property is the largest of the bedrooms which overlooks the community pool. Bright and airy, the property has marble floors throughout, air-conditioning to the living / dining area, air-conditioning and ceiling fans to the bedrooms, is fully furnished and is fitted with quality electrical appliances in the kitchen.

In the rear garden is a large terrace complete with barbecue and the roof solarium has panoramic sea views and is supplied with two sunbeds.

The property has a 40'' LED TV with Spanish and English TV channels and fibre-optic wi-fi provided at no extra charge.

The adjoining beaches have beach bars throughout the summer months and you can also partake in a variety of water-sports on the Campoamor beach.

The complex is conveniently located close to the Cabo Roig strip, where you will find bars, restaurants, health centre and pharmacy as well as the facilities of Dehesa de Campoamor. A small commercial centre complete with Consum supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and medical clinic is located adjacent to the complex. The huge new Zenia Boulevard commercial centre complete with most Spanish chainstores, Casino and Bowling Alley is just a few kilometres away.

The golf courses of Real Campoamor, Las Calitas de Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villa Martin are all within a few kilometres.

Baby facilities: cots, high chairs, car-seats etc. are available at an additional charge.

Although we are new to Trip Advisor we have many years experience on other sites where we have a 4.5 star rating. We provide a personal service for our clients, carrying out the cleans and the maintenance ourselves and are available by phone for our tenants with any queries. The property is well equipped for holiday makers and is constantly being refurbished and improved.

Directly adjacent to the complex is Aguamarina beach, a Consum supermarket, Bakery, Bars / cafes, Pharmacy / medical centre and all of the bars and restaurants of the Cabo Roig commercial strip.
A car is not necessary for this property.
Please note there are stairs in the house and in the complex hence it is not wheelchair friendly.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Andrew (the owner) a message.

If Andrew (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
