This sea view apartment is situated on the 1st floor of a superbly equipped complex. Calas De Campoamor is situated directly behind the main Cabo Roig strip where there is direct access to many of the finest restaurants, bars & shops. The complex is situated five minutes walk from the long Campoamor beach and Cabo Roig beach is easily accessible. These apartments are close to the bus routes and easily accessible by bus,, taxi or car to many other amenities including 4 of the most popular golf courses and their facilities, at Villa Martin, Campoamor, Las Ramblas & La Manga. The nearby marina - home to Club Nautico de Cabo Roig hosts the Cabo Roig regatta in August. Watersports including sailing, scuba diving, waterskiing and windsurfing are also available. There are several exciting historic cities to visit including Murcia, Cartagena or Alicante. Torrevieja town is a 10 minute drive or bus trip. For families and children one of the biggest Aquaparks situated in Torrevieja is a fantastic day. For those who don't wish to drive, there are regualr bus tours to the famous theme parks in Benidorm (1 hour by bus or car) Terra Mitica & Terra Natura.

The complex itself is equipped with a large swimming pool, including a Jacuzzi & Children's Pool, 3 Tennis Courts and a children's playground, A full time Life Guard is on duty at the pool during peak months only.

Some of the finest bars and restaurants are no more than a 2 minute walk, with an excellent range of International Cusine , suiting every taste.Lively entertainment in both English and Irish Bars - There's something for everyone day or night, all within close proximity.

The Cabo Roig area

Located on the popular Orihuela Costa section of the Southern Costa Blanca, Spain, Cabo Roig is an exclusive and beautiful resort. There are plenty of great beaches to enjoy in Cabo Roig and also a good variety of bars and restaurants. The popularity of the resort is reflected in the large number of tourists who come back year after year to enjoy the sun, sand, sea and sangria.

The eye-catching 16th century watchtower, around which Cabo Roig originally grew, is now part of a restaurant complex which overlooks the recently modernised marina. An estimated 2 million euros was spent on the refurbishment of what is now one of the Costa Blanca’s most desirable mooring spots.

One of the main attractions of Cabo Roig is its wonderful sandy beaches. Most of the beaches along this stretch of the Costa Blanca coastline are very clean and most have “blue flag” status, Cabo Roig is no exception and its 2 main beaches (Cala Capitan and Cala Caleta) are clean and safe for children. Also within easy walking distance are the beaches at La Zenia, Playa Flamenca and Campoamor.

Be sure to try out the well known cliff walk which runs from Cala Caleta beach to La Zenia beach, this is an ideal way to spend an evening during the bright summer months and will provide a very welcome cooling breeze on those hot muggy days. The walk offers some picturesque views of the sea and coastline and there are some interesting coves to explore along the way.

On a visit to Cabo Roig you can generally expect warm, sunny weather and the area is blessed with over 300 days of sunshine every year. Summer temperatures are hot, but not uncomfortable, as Cabo Roig enjoys a cooling sea breeze, the winters are mostly sunny but with cool evening and night time temperatures – the average for the year is around twenty degrees centigrade. You will be unlucky to encounter rain but what does fall is usually during the winter months.

After a day in the sun most visitors head for the bustling Cabo Roig strip with its ever increasing selection of bars and restaurants offering food, fun and frolics to suit every taste. There are some excellent restaurants providing dishes from around the world including Spanish, Italian, Indian, Chinese, Mexican, Hungarian, German, English and Irish.

During your visit you may want to venture out from Cabo Roig and enjoy some of the other attractions on offer. A trip to the Rio Safari at Elche is a very rewarding experience and the kids will love feeding the animals and riding on the “train” through the park. Perhaps a round of golf is more your “thing”, there are three excellent golf courses nearby at Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas. Maybe you could visit one of the regions historical cities, Cartagena, Murcia or Alicante have plenty of interesting sights to see.

Very handy for both Murcia (San Javier) and Alicante airports, Cabo Roig is situated on the N-332 coastal road between Pilar de la Horadada and Torrevieja. It can also be easily accessed from the AP-7 motorway, junction 763 (La Zenia) or junction 768 (Dehesa de Campoamor).

“Lovely Cabo Roig frontline apartment” Apartment in great location, frontline views of the sea, wonderful balcony with very comfy patio furniture. Very close to restaurants and bars. Pool area clean and spacious but not over crowded The apartment is clean and very well stocked -space good for our party size 2 adults 1 child-communication from the owner was excellent before and after stay Very enjoyable week and certainly would recommend to family and friends
