Villa Kiskadee has an open-plan sitting room with cable TV, telephone, CD/radio, well equipped kitchen and a dining area. There is a shaded patio area with additional seating, an outside BBQ area, a utility room (with washing and drying facilities) and a private 30ft swimming pool. Further details indoors:
Three large double rooms with ample storage. The master bedroom is en-suite and contains a safe for storing valuables. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, containing a shower, WC and wash basin.
The 2nd bathroom is shared by the other 2 bedrooms and also has a shower, WC and wash basin.
Lounge has 2 sofas and an armchair, around coffee tables. There is Cable TV, DVD, a CD player/radio and phone. The lounge has ceiling fans. Twin patio doors open out onto the patio and pool area. Games, books and tour guides are also provided for guest use.
The large open plan kitchen contains a fridge with a large freezer compartment, American-style cooker and hob with a grill, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, toaster, coffee percolator and blender.
Large wash basin, tumble dryer, washing machine, ironing board and iron. There is space for a washing line outside.
The villa has a dedicated housekeeper, 6 days a week. Linen and towels (inc pool towels) are provided and changed regularly. It is also possible to arrange babysitting and cooking via personal agreement with the house keeper.

Further details outdoors:
Mature, well maintained gardens with tropical planting including banana trees and plants that attract many species of bird including hummingbirds. There is a private 30ft pool and covered patio area with seating, loungers and BBQ.
There is a step from the villa to the patio. Otherwise, the villa is on one level and spacious to allow movement around the villa for wheelchair users.
The villa is very close to wonderful beaches, excellent areas for bird watching (including the garden!) and two championship golf courses. There are also a number of dive schools very close by.

The Tobago region

Tobago boasts championship golf courses, great fishing and a variety of water-sports. The rainforest is famous as the oldest protected rainforest in the western hemisphere and hosts a vast range of birds and wildlife. You can also see amazing bird life surrounding the Villa or at the marshland that is within 5 minutes walk of Kiskadee. With all the above, idyllic beaches, great food and the islands laid back approach to life, you can see why Tobago is considered the jewel of the Caribbean.

The Bon Accord area

Tobago may be small, but has a lot of offer as a holiday destination.
If you enjoy soaking up the sun, you can relax by the pool at the Villa or visit one of Tobago's many beaches. Store Bay and Pigeon Point are less than five minutes from the Villa and are very popular. You may also wish to see what the seas have to offer by going snorkelling or diving or just taking one of the glass bottom boats tours over the reefs.

During your stay you can also try your hand at deep-sea fishing, watch turtles nesting (depending on when you visit), go sailing or play a round of golf. You may also wish to tie your trip in with one of Tobago's many events – Carnival, Sail week, Great Fete or the Crab and Goat races.

“What a Gem!” We have just arrived back from 2 weeks at Villa Kiskadee, and are already looking for dates to return! Firstly the communication between the owner Steve, and ourselves was always prompt, friendly and accurate. Our security deposit was refunded into our account the day we returned by electronic transfer, which was brilliant. On arrival in Tobago (after a 4 hour delay at Gatwick), we were met by the very welcoming Deon and driven the short journey (5 mins) to the villa. Deon went through all the amenities / facilities within the villa. There was a very substantial food welcome pack also left for us, which was greatly appreciated due to the late hour of arrival. The villa is so spacious, light and airy. It has every amenity that you could want including a decent blender, for those 'sundowner cocktails'! The bed in the master bedroom is massive and really comfortable. It is well looked after by Beverly the housekeeper and Deon who were always so obliging and kind. Beverly cooked us a meal one night for a small fee. It was delicious and plentiful. The remainder of the time we split between the villa's BBQ or eating out. The villa is so handy for Bon Accord. Less than 5 mins flat walk to lots of restaurants and shops. The nearest big supermarket is about 5 mins drive or 25 min flat walk away, but there are smaller supermarkets within walking distance. We hired a car from A&R Rentals at the airport. They were 40$TTS cheaper per day than the other companies, (including CDW insurance). The car was less than a year old and the staff couldn't have been nicer. They even gave us a lift back to the villa when we dropped the car off as it was absolutely pouring with rain. (We suffered 4 consecutive days of non stop constant heavy rain). There was a DVD player in the villa but it wouldn't play our home brought DVDs. I think it was because the player was Region 1 (USA) and we are Region 2 in the UK. It needs a multi region player. But this was such a small thing, it in no way had any impact on our enjoyment; we just read more books when it rained!! There are no properties either side of the villa, it's just green spaces, which makes it really peaceful to sit/lay outside. We used to fill up the bird feeder and watch all the beautiful island birds come and feed, whilst we were relaxing outside. The pool is huge and really refreshing. We travelled extensively throughout the island with the car and can honestly say that everyone we came into contact with was so welcoming and friendly, and always smiling. We had read some negative reviews about the staff at Tobago airport being surly and officious, but we found them anything but. In fact the grumpy staff at Gatwick should take a leaf out of their books as they were all happy and welcoming, even the return check in staff. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at this property, partly down to the villa itself and partly down to the staff and experience we had with them and Steve; all positive. We can't recommend it enough and are looking to return.

“Great vacation at Villa kiskadee (tobago)” This is our second stay at Villa Kiskadee, stayed in 2010 & 2011. This villa exceeded our expectations, it was very clean and very safe (alarm system with rapid arm response), the property manager (Dion), the Maid (Beverly) and security (Elsworth) made our stay very comfortable and safe. they had the right attitude, very friendly and helpful. The property is located in a safe and quiet area, also in close proximity (walking distance) to beaches, food outlets (restaurants and fast food outlets), entertainment facilities, bank, supermarkets, airport, and police station. This villa is suitable for children, the aged, in fact it caters for all. P.S. I am in the process of booking this villa for August 2012

Myself and four friends visted villa kiskadee for a period of four days starting from july 28th to august 1st 2006 which is located in the Bon Accord area and is walking distance away from everything you need pharmacies, ATM'S, grocery stores,liming spots, fast food everything is just a short walk away.

Upon entering the premises we were overwhelmed and greeted by a well kept garden and the swimming pool which was just perfect nothing was better than soaking in the pool both day and night it was so perfect that we didn't see the need to go to the beaches.The villa is gated and also has an securtiy system to protect you and your property so that your mind can be at ease while you enjoy the amenities of the villa or when you go out to enjoy the island and all that it has to offer.

Villa kiskadee is equipped with all the amenities you need plus more.There are three airconditioned bedrooms plus the master bedroom is en suite.the kitchen is spacious and well got everything you need including a dishwasher ,microwave electric can opener everything that you need to prepare a complete meal.There is also a bar b que grill so you can have a cook out at the poolside.The villa also has alot of reading material on the islands history wildlife places of interrest and things to do while there.For entertainment the villa has cable tv,cd player,and a wide assortment of board games.The villa is maintained by the house keeper who visits 6 days a week and cleans up and provides you with fresh linens.she is very friendly and will give you great advice about places to visit.

Villa Kiskadee is the perfect get away for rest relaxation and comfort.You wont be able to resist falling in love with the villa and you will miss it dearly when you leave and long to return.I will recommend villa kiskadee to anyone who is visiting Tobago who wants to have a great time in comfort and style.I can guarantee you satisfaction when you stay there and feel free to share your experience with the rest of us.
