The farmhouse - (Sundara Prana) is a spacious, fully renovated farmhouse positioned in the peaceful village of Koprivnik in the Upper Carniola area of Slovenia, within the Triglav National Park.

With two local bars (one serving local cuisine) Koprivnik offers a quiet haven, to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Within easy reach of the world famous Lake Bled and a short journey to Lake Bohinj.

10 km away lies the town of Bohinjska Bistrica, with large supermarkets, bars, restaurants and Vodni Park Aquapark, which has inside and outdoors pools, water slides, spa area, gym and café.

For winter sports, Vogel ski centre and Pokljuka biathlon centre are also a short car journey away.

In summer hiking, cycling and water sports are available.

Sundara Prana is surrounded by nature, set in 25,000 square metres of lush meadows and charming woodland.

There is a wonderful walk/viewpoint Vodnikov Razglednik 5 minutes from the house, with amazing views of Lake Bohinj.

The rear and the side of the house is bordered by woodland. There are no immediate neighbours and the garden is secluded. The outdoor, log burning hot tub overlooks the meadows to the front of the house.

There is a fully functional outdoor kitchen, with gas, electric hob, barbeque and sink.

Two outdoor dining areas – one large decking area overlooking a meadow to the front of the house and one smaller covered terrace with seating for dining. There is also a terrace on the first floor with seating.

If you are looking to unwind and slow your pace of life SP offers the perfect environment.

With the only sounds being the birds and sometimes church bells, a deep restful sleep is almost guaranteed.

The old traditional hay rack is often visited by deer.

The farmhouse has been fully renovated in 2017 to a high standard. The décor is a mixed style of modern and traditional, providing a high level of comfort.

The house sleeps 12 people, over 3 levels.

It comprises of:

Ground floor – bathroom with shower, kitchen with dishwasher fridge freezer, double oven, dining room with seating for 12, lounge with sofas, large flat screen TV, DVD.

First floor – bathroom set in original vaulted room dating back 230 years with walk in shower, infra-red sauna, second lounge/reading room, 3 bedrooms, and access to first floor terrace.

Second floor – Large bathroom with walk in shower, three bedrooms-one bedroom has a free standing bath, one bedroom has balcony.

How do damage deposits work?
