We welcome you to this beautiful high standard apartment located in a privileged area of Barcelona.

This exclusive apartment is in a new compound ideal for sightseeing or business trips just 5 minutes walk from the beach and very near from the old town which its great architectural jewels construction. For business is also very interesting because of its proximity to the International Convention Centre (CCIB) and the Forum grounds or 22* business neighborhood.

DISTRIBUTION AND EQUIPMENT APARTMENT:

- 2 bedrooms (one double and one triple) both are outdoors. The double room has access to the terrace.

- bathroom with heated towel rails.

- Large living room with lots of light and access to the terrace. It has flat screen TV.

- Fully equipped kitchen: microwave, oven, induction cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, toaster, coffee maker (traditional and Nespresso), refrigerator, refrigerator etc .... and access to the terrace.

- Terrace overlooking the pool. It has one of the best seen by its height.

- It has internet, heating, air conditioning, parking.

Barcelona is a dynamic city full of life, as evidenced by the great events that choose Barcelona to host its celebrations.

The Olympic village is the district par excellence shows and draws on the essence of Barcelona; avant-garde, sea, multiculturalism and a wide range of leisure. It is for this reason that it is one of the most visited neighborhoods in the city.

This area was designed to accommodate athletes for the unforgettable Olympics Games of 1992, and since then has continued to expand its sights leaving a large number of attractions. The skyscrapers of the Hotel Arts and Maphre Torre (beachfront), The Casino, The Forum Park (site that hosts great celebrations of exhibitions and concerts) and you you can not leave without trying the great cuisine of all kinds of Mediterranean cuisine , seafood or tapas facing the sea. All this offer is a great example of the virtues and attractions of this lovely area.

The Olympic Village is an open space with large gardens where runs in every corner the sea breeze, it is certainly an idyllic place to enjoy the exceptional Mediterranean climate.

The district is well connected to all tourist attractions of the city.

CLEANING, SAFETY AND HYGIENE PROTOCOLS:

We take our guests safety very seriously. For this purpose, we are following the Ministry of Health protocols.

The products we will use to disinfect and clean the accommodation are: bleach with detergent, disinfecting products, latex gloves and masks.

The steps to follow are these:

- Cleaning staff will use personal protective equipment and will dispose them safely after each use, then proceeding to hand wash.

- We will ventilate all the rooms of the accommodation.

- Textile garments will be washed mechanically in full wash cycles at 60-90ºC.

- The cleaning and disinfection of the accommodation will be done with bleach which is effective and recommended by the Ministry of Health.

At the entrance of the accommodation we will provide all of our guests with a pack that contains the following products: a bleach bottle, hand soap, gloves and paper tissues.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
