Perfect for Families, Couples or Business Trips. Its nothing personal, but since the building is family centred, I do not accept groups of friends coming for vacation!

About the flat ...

The flat is new and fully furnished. The neighborhood is quiet and close to the city center; you could be in 10 min at Plaza España or in 15/20 minutes at Plaza Catalunya using the Metro. (L1, Santa Eulalia, Metro Station)

The flat has 2 double bedrooms, 1 Suite with private bathroom, a comfortable bed, an electric system to put up and down the blinds and remote control for the lights. So, once you are in bed, you don´t have to get up to turn off the lights or the blinds. Super comfortable !!

The flat gets a lot of daylight during spring and summer, because it has a huge cristal window, so the flat is filled with warm light all day. Also, right next to the window there is a table which you can use as a desk, if you have a business trip and you will have a place to work with plugs close to it, so you can plug-in your computer, tablet or cell phone.

The flat also has a balcony with a table and 4 chairs; the perfect place to have a tasty coffee and a nice talk .

I really like the flat, I believe that its quite comfortable and well decorated. The only thing is, I will ask you, to take care of it as if it was yours + following the rules, especially the one about the noise after 22:00. As you can imagine, there are more people living in the building, and they want & deserve a good night sleep in their flats ... after that, I will ask you to enjoy the flat and of course, Barcelona too !!!

I have been living here in town for a few years already, I would like to give you my own advice to make sure your trip will be amazing. I know pretty cool bars, restaurants, places to go around to just chill & have fun. If you like to do outdoors exercise, I can also tell you where to go so, be sure you will get a full information about Barcelona, in order to have a great experiences.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Gustavo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
