The Proprety is in a private domain, very secluded and on a no through road . The sea view is from all windows and the balcony.The pool is private

we were told by our quests that the pictures do not reflect the true nature of the place as the living room is very specius and have a 6 m high ceiling

Hope you and your wife are well.
We have reached home safely yesterday after a very hot and busy weekend in Paris - we were wishing we were back at the villa!
Thank you both again for your hospitality during out stay. Your villa is lovely and you both made us feel right at home - we only wish we were able to stay longer.
We all had a fabulous time and I'm sure we will be back again - the children really loved Biot and the Cote De Azur area.
Hopefully we will meet again but in the meantime, thank you again for making our first visit to South France so wonderful!

It is located in a very quite surrounding ,has its own forest, a large garden of 1500 sqm, a garage and a private swimming pool. It is 1.5 km from the centre of Biot, a typical “provencial” village looking over the Mediterranean. The village is famous for its arts and crafts, sport facilities (Casino Gulf and Tennis) ,historical sites many restaurants a pub and coffee bars.
