In a forest overlooking the sea this exceptional property is located. It is in a
private and exclusive estate with a sea view from all rooms. It is large ,sunny and has an exceptional view of an old village and the sea. It is located in a very quite surrounding ,has its own forest, a large garden of 1500 sqm, a garage and a private swimming pool. It is 1.5 km from the centre of Biot, a typical “provencial” village looking over the Mediterranean. The village is famous for its arts and crafts, sport facilities (Casino Gulf and Tennis) ,historical sites many restaurants a pub and coffee bars.

We have just returned home last night, having spent the remaining few days in Bormes-Les-Mimosas.
It is good to hear from you. Can I just say that we thought Carpe Diem was so beautiful! And you made us feel so very welcome. The facilities were superb and the accommodation was easily the best we have rented - and we have been coming to the area for many years now.
And the views.................!
Two good friends of ours came to Valbonne for a few days, so they came to us for lunch on the Friday before we left. They were stunned by the quality and location of the villa. You are truly very blessed to have somewhere so beautiful, and hopefully, if it were available, we would certainly like to use it again.
