On arrival in Spain our British run Local Property Managers, with all native English-speaking representatives, will be on on hand to answer any questions and ensure that your transfer from the airport to the apartment is all taken care of for you.
Our Airport Pickup service will meet you at the airport and you will be transported directly to the apartment for hand over of keys and to be shown around the apartment and complex. A local charge applies for this service equivalent to the cost of the taxi or minibus.
If you are hiring a car then you will be given detailed dirctions with lots of photographs to ensure that you journey to Alcossebre and the apartment is made easy for you.

The apartment is on the ground floor and there is also lift in the apartment building providing wheelchair access from the underground garage area.
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Costa del Azahar region
Alcossebre is close to both Castellon (30 min drive) and Valencia (one hour drive) which are both good for shopping and Valencia in particular to view Spanish Culture and the European Grand Prix Circuit.
Airports local to Alcossebre include Valencia and Reus, both about a 1 hour drive away, and also Barcelona, a 2 hour drive.
Alcossebre is right next to Sierra de Irta national park and Europe's longest cave is about 30 minute drive away.
There is a Water World Park at Benicassim, a large Go-Karting track 10 minutes away on the outskirts of Peniscola and a further professional track 20 minutes away at Orpesa and the Universal Studios Theme Park at Port Aventura, all within easier reach.
A championship golf course designed by Bernhard Langer is also available only a 20 minute drive away and a further 18 hole golf course is within a 40 minute drive.
Skiing is also easily accessible being about a 2 hour drive from the apartment to reach the ski resort at Teruel. In winter the journey is well worth it as the resort, though small, is very reasonably priced and equipped with 100 snow cannon.
The famous and historical Spanish cities of Castellón, Valencia and Barcelona are also accessible by car in ½ hour - 2 hours.
The Alcossebre area
Alcossebre is an attractive and unspoiled town on the Costa del Azahar (Orange Blossom Coast) in the Castellón region of Spain which boasts four Blue Flag sandy beaches and a number of pebbly coves. It is a popular holiday destination for the Spanish population with orange and almond groves evident throughout the region and close to Alcossebre in the local area known as Cap y Corp.
For the evenings, there are plenty of bars and restaurants within close proximity of the apartment or just a walk away along the scenic palm lined wooden walkway that leads across the beaches and plant rich dunes into the town. If you are feeling lazy you can hop on to the road train that runs regularly back and forth along the sea front. This bustling little town's facilities also include shops, banks, tourist information centre and internet cafes.

The nearest Airports are Reus and Valencia with two further airports slightly further afield at Barcelona and Alicante. All are serviced from many airports in the UK and mainland Europe. In 2012 a new airport is due to become operational at Castellon which has a direct link road to Alcossebre making it only a 15 minute drive away. Valencia airport is about 1 hour drive south of Alcossebre along the AP-7 / E-15 motorway and is serviced by: Ryanair flying from Stansted, East Midlands and Dublin; Thomson Fly from Coventry and Bournemouth; Easyjet from Stansted, Gatwick and Bristol; Jet2 from Manchester, Leeds and Newcastle; Iberia from Heathrow. Reus airport is a about 1¼ hours drive to the north of Alcossebre along the AP-7 / E-15 motorway and serviced by: Ryanair flying from Stansted, Luton, Liverpool, Glasgow and Dublin; Thomson Fly from Gatwick, Luton, Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle, Glasgow and Belfast. Barcelona airport is about 2¼ hours drive to the north of Alcossebre along the AP-7 / E-15 motorway and is serviced by: Easyjet from Luton, Gatwick, Bristol, Liverpool and Newcastle; BA from Heathrow and Gatwick. Generally the best flight prices from the UK are for flights into Barcelona. Alicante airport is about 2½ hours drive south of Alcossebre along the AP-7 / E-15 motorway and is serviced by: Ryanair flying from Stansted, Liverpool and Dublin; Thomson Fly from most major UK airports; Easyjet from most major UK airports; Jet2 from Manchester, Leeds and Blackpool; Iberia from Heathrow. Car hire is recommended and is available from several companies at the airports and can be booked very reasonably through Auto Europe (www.auto-europe.co.uk/index.cfm?aff=cyprussunrise). On the Google Map to the right click on "Map" and change to Satellite view and zoom in (Click on +) to get a real close up view of the apartment location and just how close it is to the Playe del Moro and Cala del Moro twin beaches.

Changeover day is flexible (except for July/August when it is Saturday) and you can stay for any duration subject to a minimum of 4 nights (1 week in July/August).
Included in the rental price is cleaning and preparation of the apartment before you arrive and cleaning after you leave. In addition you will be supplied with clean bed linen and bath towels on arrival. For stays of 3 weeks or more, we also provide replacement clean bed linen and towels every 2 weeks during your stay.
