Nice apartment one minute Lighthouse Road Albir and ten minutes walk of its beautiful coves and beaches. recently renovated bathroom and furniture brand new. First floor sunroom, kitchen (very new), two bedrooms and a bathroom. Large double bed (150x190) and bed (2 beds 190x90) bed. new sofa and very comfortable. Quiet apartment, unobstructed views and privacy. Bright and cool at once (very clearly despite having morning sun). Step off the street you will see the picture of Altea in the background, and right in front of the house you will find a path to get to the lighthouse, iconic place in the province. Enjoy this home and benefit from its ideal location to discover one of the most beautiful (and unexplored) villages of the Costa Blanca. Countless restaurants and shops just eight minutes, yet immersed in the tranquility of the area. quiet and uncrowded neighborhood pool. ideal place to spend a few days relaxing, but a ten minute drive from Benidorm, unique place to visit its bars and night live your area. If you prefer quiet, you can walk along the beach of Albir and follow it until you reach Altea (just 2-3 km walk along the promenade). The house is decorated with great care, thoroughly renovated to make your stay more enjoyable. The owners live nearby so you can count on them for anything. In addition to advice on what places to visit, we can also provide two bicycles to walk you through the village comfortably. We speak Spanish, English, French, Italian and Portuguese.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alessia (the owner) a message.

If Alessia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
