I hope you will enjoy your stay in my spacious, attractive, modern and quiet apartment with a pretty terrace surrounded by trees..

The apartment location can not be better,

in the heart of Aix-en-Provence, a short walk to Cours Mirabeau and to dozens of good restaurants on small side streets in Aix.

The Tourist Information Center is also nearby. 

And even more : you take your breakfast on the balcony

!If you come after 7PM or on Sunday (I'm often of Aix on Sundays), you may enter by yourself. You'll find the key in a secured box.

There is an allocated parking space for a car in the basement of the building.

The building also has an elevator with some stairs.

Recently renovated, the comfortable and clean 60m2 apartment sleeps till five.The price includes carpark and a weekly house cleaning.

The apartment has a large living area equipped with WIFI , air conditioning and central heating.

The living room has a double sofa bed, a dining table and TV, and also a place for you to work on your computer.

There is also an open plan kitchen, fully equipped with

- microwave /oven,

- dishwasher,

- washing machine with a dryer

- fridge, coffee maker

- toaster

- kettle and all you need to cook and feel at home !

The bedroom has one queen size bed (160cm) and a second TV LED.

The bathroom has a bath including a shower

Toilets are separate.

Linen and towels are available.

I like so much Aix-en-Provence with its trendy shops and its wonderful architecture and its delightful atmosphere !

I give you all the information you need to go and visit all around Provence and the south of France, from the French Riviera (Nice, Saint-Tropez) to Avignon or Les Baux de Provence.

If you want to get close to nature, you can have a walk in the olive groves or up the Sainte Victoire Mountains.

You can also visit villages in Luberon, or have a walk in « les Calanques de Cassis » along the Mediterranean coast-line, or make the most of the sunshine on wonderful beaches in the Var.

Do you know that Paris is only three hours from Aix by train?

If you arrive by coach from the airport or the TGV station, it's just a 15 minutes walk from the central bus station.

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Magali (the owner) a message.

If Magali (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
