“A beautiful apartment with great views” The condo is beautiful, fully equipped and clean. Everything was working great. Beach is very close und also wonderful. It has a quiet location and spaciousness. The landlord was very accommodating, friendly and helpful We had a great time there.

“Magnificent!!!” Meeting Joe was delightful. He is prompt, easy to talk to, kind and informative. I love the studio. I stayed for a week from april 11 to april 18, 2013. I had a refreshing and spectacular ocean view, window to window. The Building is next to the Marriott. The Marriott usually have field days trips that you can booked. Easy walking distance to surrounding areas. The apartment is safe and quiet. I enjoyed having a private gated parking. It is a treat to walk in front of the beach and lay down. I felt at home. Joe became a new friend. I would definetely stay there again!!! Thanks Joe.

“A get away to tingle all your senses” This place is a beautiful full body experience. 360 views you can get of the island, exquisite architecture, constant cool breezes from the trade winds through large windows and the sounds of animals roaming freely. Upon arrival we were welcomed and shown the property as well as given great information about the island in general. The three ring binder provided in the room created by the owners is invaluable. It has a bunch of tips that only those with experience on the island would know. Anything that you may have questions about that isn't included the owners are more than happy to help with. The room was perfectly clean with fresh fruit waiting to tickle the nose with its fresh scent. Keeping a room with large open windows clean from sand isn't not easy but it looked like an easy manage by how perfect the room was set and of course a broom was available in the room as well for clean up during the stay which will be much needed if you are exploring the beautiful beaches of the island. Sheets were also exchanged without request after a few nights in which also helped with any extra sand. The room had everything you could want to make yourself snacks, breakfast, dinner etc. (Of course you will need to shop for your own groceries). A tea kettle and coffee pot to make a fresh cup to sip on while enjoying the sunrise and morning view, pots and pans as well as cutlery to whip up anything you may want. There were even champagne glasses to help with the celebration of experiencing such a wonderful home and island. I will say that if you stay here you should not be the kind of person that is use to hotels or wants a hotel experience. There is no air conditioner - which isn't a problem but for those that are use to sleeping in specific temperatures this may not be the place for you. In general there is a nice breeze flowing through the room. The location is great as well not far from Isabel Segunda or Esperanza though the island is small and most things are not much of a drive no matter where you stay. Though there are no addresses alex gave perfected directions for us to follow and the booking experience with him was just as easy. I would stay again in a heart beat.

“Wonder stay in Puerto Rico” Such a great relaxing time. Just loved being right on the beach. Located on the third floor - the elevator was a big help with mom being 83 this year. View from the balcony is fabulous with four chairs and small cocktail tables. Very comfortable rooms - kitchen is more than complete with everything you have in your own kitchen and more. Gave mom the bedroom and she slept with the big window open all night with the ocean air and sounds. We took the futon in the living room which is right in front of the patio door - so we kept it open all night to hear the pound of the ocean. The bathroom is off the bedroom - clean with a bathtub and shower. All shopping and restaurants are within walking distance - which was great with taking my mom with us. We had such a fabulous time. Rented a car for two days. Did some sight seeing in Old San Juan - took a trip to the Rain Forest - Drove out to the scenic route for some roast pig. I must say - they really know how to do food in Puerto Rico. The only bad part about our trip was the traffic and the crazy drivers - every car on the road had some kind of dent. We just love the owner of this condo - he is so helpful. I think I called him with questions at least 4 times before we left for vacation and twice while we were there. Mostly to ask him about how to get around in Puerto Rico. Great person. We can't wait to go back. The weather was perfect - the ocean was exciting and warm and the condo was relaxing - we spent several days just sitting on the patio after walking the beach. This is the one to choose if you want a wonderful time.
