“good value for money” Our stay in this privately rented studio in sol timor was all that we hoped for.It was well equiped with a nice kitchen,a twin bedded room,and a modern bathroom.The balcony faced east with sea views and sunshine until 1 pm.in the winter.The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful.

“Fantastic holiday” The villa had everything we needed. It was well equipped, clean, spacious and located in a lovely neighborhood. Some hills,would definitely recommend a car however the views were beautiful all around. Danni and his wife were friendly and did a great job keeping the pool and villa clean. Andre responds quickly and very tentative. Would definitely recommend.(✷‿✷)

“Fabulous apartment” Having stayed in Carihuela on numerous occasions this apartment is by far the most modern, clean and equipped I have stayed in. Having stayed there for a week with my husband and family there was plenty of room and space for all of us without feeling on top of each other. The apartment had everything you could possibly need and was in a prime location for the beach, bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. From booking to arriving at malaga airport communication was excellent regarding keys and directions to the property. The only downside was that we had to come home, but will definitely be booking again.

“Lovely apartment, fantastic view!” We recently spent 10 days here with our young toddler and had a wonderful time. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well equipt with everything you need to self cater and feel at home. It has fantastic views of the sea from the main balcony which we are missing! The location is also great, near the old town and the Balcon de Europa and also close to two beaches; we liked the cove that the apartment overlooks the best. Small supermarkets within 5 mins and the big ones are only 10-15 mins walk away; the apartment provides a shopping trolley which is very handy. I would also recommend the taxi company that the owner can provide details of for airport transfers. They were great; friendly, punctual, nice clean cars and a child seat for our little boy. We loved Nerja and this apartment and will hopefully return!

“Excellent Apartment overlooking pool” Stayed here with my wife and 16 year old teenage daughter in the first week of September 2019. The location of the Sol House Hotel is excellent, being very close to the Puerto Marina and only a short 600m stroll to Carihuela.The apartment has a great view overlooking the pool and it has everything as advertised on the Holiday Lettings website. The owners met us on arrival at the hotel and they could not have been more helpful in ensuring that we enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this apartment for a family of 2-4 people looking to stay in the Montelin area of Torremolinos.

“Perfect location for all amenities in La Cala” This apartment is in a great location, easy walking distance to La Cala and right beside Aldi. It is well furnished, spotlessly clean and has everything necessary for a holiday in the sun. The kitchen is small but well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine etc. Emma & Brendan are on hand to explain everything and help if needed. The balcony is small but has two comfortable patio sofas. For chilling indoors there is wifi and uk television. All in all a very good place to choose for a holiday in La Cala.

“Great Apartment!” On arrival was met by Rupert who showed us around the property and the amenities and then went on to give us some tips on the local area,eating out, local area etc. The Lemon Tree is a ground floor level rustic property,with a plunge pool,BBQ,sun loungers and seating area.The apartment has 2 good sized bedrooms,bathroom,big kitchen and lounge with ample furnishings, the property also has a good iitenery. Antequera is a fantastic town with lots of historical buildings,there are also quiet a lot of shops,bars and restaurants,there are also plenty of local supermarkets[big &small] to buy your food and drink.Our tip is just to get into town explore and enjoy,if you need any help or advice Rupert & Melanie are on hand to assist. Overall we had a very enjoyable 7 days at the lemon tree and would definatly like to return in the future.

“Enjoyable stay” Compact accommodation set in lovely well maintained grounds in a fantastic location very close to the shops and the beach. Unfortunately we were notified late in the day that the pool would be closed from October until April. The whole pool area was closed of so sunbathing at the pool area was not an option. Also if you are travelling in the summer season there is a booklet in the property with information on how to rent sun loungers and other equipment. The very close by Balmoral Hotel were happy to allow us to use their facilities and the beach was very close by.

“Absolutely Terrific Complex. Recommended.” My brother and I seem to have gotten into a routine of visiting Duquesa each year for a long weekend to get away from it all. We normally stay about a 20 min walk away from the Marina, and this year stumbled on this apartment by accident via HolidayLettings thinking it would be out of our price range, but we were very wrong! This apartment is in an amazing complex on the beach, has two good sized pools and underground parking. The weather was a lovely 27-30 degree's, and the apartment was super. It was a little like home from home, rather than it being simply a holiday let. Two bathrooms, two bedrooms. We didn't sue the air con, as we left the patio doors open at night, so we could hear the sea. We have both agreed that we will always try and return to this apartment. The owner could not be more helpful sending through very detailed information, and backed up our visit with regular texts to make sure we were OK. We had a terrific long weekend and being right in the Marina overlooking the sea as an end of summer season break was just the ticket! i would wholeheartedly recommend this complex/ apartment/ owner.

“It is highly recommended” A nice welcome from Carmen. The apt. Is excellent equipped and in the middle of bars, Restaurants and a supermarket. It is not far to go down to the beach or up to the train Station to the airport or Malaga. Also a Busstop is not far to go to different places like Torremolinos, Fuengirola.Carmen was very helpful and we thank her very much for her support.

“Amazing - best holiday and wedding venue ever!!” Absolutely amazing!!! The perfect venue for the perfect holiday and wedding!! Great location, fantastic pool, amazing garden! We've just got back from our wedding week here and couldn't be happier wish we could do it all again!! We picked a villa that would be able to accommodate our wedding (58 adults & 3 children) and couldn't have asked for a better place, the grounds were perfect for photos, the large lounge was perfect for the wedding breakfast and dancing later on, the terrace was the ideal location for post meal speeches, and the pool, what can we say, perfect to jump into in your wedding outfits!! Simon, the villa owner, was amazing, he was on hand to help with anything we needed and even took our wedding photos which are amazing!! Thank you so much!! Looking forward to returning soon!!

“Fantastic” We have just returned from our holiday with our 4 kids and we couldn't fault anything. The apartment is superbly located across the road from the beach which is ideal. The apartment itself is impeccably clean and well appointed with everything you need. It has a big fridge freezer which was a bonus for us. The resort was quite quiet due to Covid-19 but it didn't detract from our experience.

“Spacious, comfortable, clean villa. Highly recommended.” We have just returned from a family holiday staying at Casablanca . 2 adults and 2 children. The villa is in a great location. Spacious rooms, fully equipt with everything we required. Very clean and comfortable. Wonderful terrace to sit and relax in the sun, admiring the lovely views... a real sun trap, (rear terrace also if you prefer a little shade). Grounds and pool area well maintained. “Loved our stay as much as the first time” We are return visitors, love the house and location. Covid scuppered our plans last year, Lisa, the owner, kindly accommodated our plans to reschedule. The house itself is a home from home, has everything you need as a family or big group. For our family the pool is everything, and the pool here is perfect, big, safe for all ages and about 20 seconds away from the back door of the house. The complex is very residential so the pool is never too busy and the house has its own sun loungers so you don’t have the worry of getting up early. We have visited the local area a number of times over the years and it’s certainly getting better, more restaurants and bars within walking distance. It’s also perfectly located to jump on the bus to San Pedro, Puerto Banus, Marbella and Estepona. Jill, the local property manager was brilliant, met us on arrival and was there very early when we departed to see us leave. She also arranged all of our transfers. We can’t wait to return.
