We are a short distance from the busy main road but the position of Demianitza is a 5 minute easy walk to the Gondola Lifts. Our apartment is on the first floor with open views to the Mountains. It has two terraces which is useful for those that smoke .

We say ski holidays are all about being close to the ski lifts and we are very close at 300 meters.
