“Brilliant apartment - everything you could want” This was a brilliant apartment with everything you could want included. Really comfortable beds, great shower and bathroom. Lovely living area with TV and English channels. It was in walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go, restaurants, pubs, beach, shops. Would highly recommend it, we hope to return here

“Lovely place. Lovely location” We have been to this aparment 4 times.. It is overlooking the harbour and the island of la gomerra.. It is within walking distance of everything you need.. Nice beaches.. Bars and cafes...highly rrcommended.

“Friends & Family holiday” Had such a lovely time here in tenerife.The apartment had everything we needed.Great balcony overlooking the main road of shops & bars.Lovely and clean and very spacious.Plenty of storage.Washing machine was handy.Pool was lovely plenty of room.Sunbeds were payable but not a problem just thort a bit of music wouldnt go a miss Bit quiet around that area but staff at the pool bar couldnt do enough to help.Lovely,Friendly and polite and served great breakfast and snacks.We would definately return and hope to soon.Had a really lovely holiday.Cant wait to come back. “Fantastic Apartment” Just returned from an 8 day holiday in what I can only describe as a beautiful apartment on a beautiful complex. We have stayed in the Cristian Sur on a few occasions but usually stay in apartments that are owned by the complex which are a lot more expensive and nowhere near as nice so we where extremely pleased when we were able to rent this apartment from Paul & Lynsey, who were a pleasure to deal with. The apartment is very modern, spacious and spotlessly clean with a very large living area, there is a small compact kitchen which had everything we could of possibly of needed, we especially enjoyed breakfast on the large downstairs balcony while watching the sun rise over the stunning mountain views there is a large table and chairs on this balcony which is perfect for sitting and watching the world go by. The upstairs balcony is very tastefully furnished with rattan patio furniture and this is where we enjoyed our late afternoon sunbathing. There is a really good cafe bar and supermarket on the complex if you don't want to go out but there is also a wide range of bars and restaurants in very close proximity to the complex which we find are all very reasonably priced. The complex is all on flat ground and the beach and Harbour is only a short 10 Min stroll and the main bus station is only a couple of minutes away. All in all we are so please we have found this gem of an apartment as it is far superior to anything we have stayed in on the complex before, we had amazing time and will definitely be returning for another fantastic holiday. Many thanks to Paul & Lynsey for making our booking very smooth and transparent from start to finish!!

“All you could need in an excellent location” Stayed here from 12 to 19 May and we found it to be in an excellent location. A supermarket was nearby, some excellent restaurants, the promenade and beaches just a few minutes away. The apartment was well supplied with all you could need and Jim, the owner, was very easy to contact and helpful. We were picked up from and taken to the airport by Robbie, who was very helpful too. Should we decide to return to Los Cristianos (and we may well do that!) we would have no hesitation in booking again.

“Compestela family garden apartment” This apartment is in a great location also a very nice quiet place to stay for family of five below the apartments there are plenty of shops and bars and restaurants would highly recommend this place for holiday in Tenerife the owner is very quick in answering any emails nothing is to much trouble to ask for will stay at this apartment next time if it is available for my holiday dates there is 1 double and 1 single room and a pull out settee bed which sleeps 2 people in the living area which wasn't a problem for us because when we arrived we set it up for the whole holiday and moved the table to one side the view from the balcony is superb to sit on and have a evening beer with the family hope who ever reads this and book it have a great stay like our family did Thanks for our lovely stay

From the initial booking of the accommodation until arrival the whole process was very professional yet extremely welcoming . The accommodation couldn’t have been better! “Fabulous apartment” We have stayed in Tenerife Royal Gardens many many times, as we think the location cannot be bettered. This apartment is one of the best ones we have stayed in. It has everything you need for a home from home holiday. I hope to book again in the not too far future.

“Great place to stay.” This apartment is in a great location in a popular complex. We required accommodation which was accessible for someone with disability and we were delighted with the facilities available. A walk in shower is a must for us when choosing where we are going to stay and we were pleased with what was on offer. The apartment is close to the pool and the promenade is accessible by a ramp beside the apartment and by a gate at the end of the pool area. The kitchen has everything you might need and the fact that a washing machine is available is great when staying for a couple of weeks. The sitting area is comfortable and the television offered us enough channels that we were able to relax and watch familiar programmes at the end of the day. We had booked this apartment pre-covid and had to postpone our holiday twice before we finally were able to visit Playa de Las Americas. The owner was very considerate during this time and we grateful for all the understanding shown to us. The best endorsement I can give this apartment is that we have already booked for later in 2022.

“Great holiday at 19 Verde Cristian Sur” We had a super holiday in Los Cristianos with excellent accommodation which was of a high standard and very well furnished and equipped for all our needs.
