This villa is truly amazing and stands out from the rest. The quality and standard of the villa is second to none providing a perfect base for a fantastic holiday. In an ideal location within walking distance to both Protaras and Pernera yet in a peaceful setting so you can enjoy the tranquility and seclusion. The house is large and open plan with patio doors leading onto an outside dining area and the 4m x 8m private swimming pool with jacuzzi jets. The outside shower has both hot and cold water. The colourful gardens and extensive outside area make this villa special. There is off road secure parking.Further details indoors

The villa is furnished and equipped to the highest standard with every conceivable luxury. The living/dining/kitchen area is spacious and open plan. There is a sofa bed in the living area to accommodate a 7th person. The italian kitchen has and island with 6 stools, granite worktops, an american style fridge and everything needed for a home from home self catering holiday. Two bedrooms are on the first floor, the master being en-suite and a shared family bathroom. Both bedrooms share a huge balcony. The third bedroom is on the ground floor for easy access and has a shower room.

Further details outdoors This villa is on a huge plot with family fun and relaxation in mind. There are sun terraces with plenty of sun beds and a large parasol for shade. A patio area with a dining table & chairs and barbeque to enjoy lazy nights in. There are gardens at the front and rear of the villa with a lawned area, beautiful palms and colourful plants. The pool is amazing with steps leading into it for safety, LED lights illuminate the water and change colour. There is a bench within the pool and jacuzzi jets.

The villa has air conditioning throughout which is a necessity in the hot summer months, this will be made available on request at an additional charge of Stg50 per week. We can also offer and mid-week cleaning and laundry service at a small extra charge.
A welcome pack can be provided if required.

Nursery items can be provided if required, cot, highchair and prams etc.
We ask that guests vacate the villa by 11 am in order for us to prepare for the next guests. The villa is available after 4pm on the day of arrival.

Why can't I call Zach (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Zach (the owner) a message.

If Zach (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
