The apartment is on the ground floor with an amazing private south facing terrace and garden located in a very small urbanization of only 14 flats called Miramar. This means you have direct access to the communal pool from the terrace and garden which is convenient and safe when you have children eager to go swimming all the time. There is also a special pool for children and both pools can be overlooked from the terrace which is protected from direct sunlight by the overhang of the 1st floor terrace on top. The communal garden is beautifully designed with palm trees, flowers, external lighting and a breathtaking Bougainville climbing on the wall.
On the south facing terrace you have a table and comfortable chairs for al fresco dining up to 6 people. There are also two relaxing chaise lounge deck chairs from where you can overlook the pool and beautiful gardens.
Also the urbanization being small and in a residential area makes it a more quiet and relaxed destination than other options closer to the busy Arenal area.
The location of the apartment is ideal - right between the Port and the Arenal beach making your choices varied and easy to access by foot wherever you wish to go. The port and the Arenal beach is around 1000 meters away each with lots of restaurants, activities and shops.
And with only 200 meters walk to the less crowded and beautiful Muntanya pebble stone beach, you can swim, sunbath, renting sun beds or bringing your own while being right next to some of the most popular beach restaurants in Javea; "La Siesta" and "Montgo di Bongo".
On this beach you will also find several attractive Chiringuito´s which are contemporary pop-up beach bars only available during the summer months. They all also serve food and snacks.
Right behind the apartment (50 m walk) you will find the popular Supermarket Mercadona. It focuses on fresh produce offering a large range of fresh fish, meats, vegetables, fruits and bread. The fish comes to a large extent directly from the Javea Port and if you want fresh bread in the morning, they open 9 am and have a large selection of pick and mix freshly baked bread and cakes. Mercadona is also a soft discounter making it inexpensive to shop at.
This ground floor apartment has 3 bedrooms of which 1 is a master bedroom with a 180cm double bed and en-suite family bathroom with both shower, bide and Jacuzzi bathtub.
The other two bedrooms have a 140 cm King-size bed and two 90cm single beds respectively. All beds are brand new and very comfortable.
Right outside the bedrooms in the hall there is a bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. In total 5 people can sleep and all bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with generous space inside. There is a portable baby cot available should you prefer to put your baby in this instead of your bed.
There is a large lovely open space living room and dining room facing 4 large panorama sliding doors to the south facing terrace and pool. This open space has a Media lounge area with 2 white leather sofas, TV with Spanish channels, a DVD player and a HIFI/radio stereo. The dining area has seats for six people and there is a high chair for small children available.
The kitchen is very modern with a marble counter and fully equipped with partly brand new machines. There is a cooker/oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Filter Coffee machine, Nespresso capsule machine, toaster, kettle, juice press, microwave oven and a large range of kitchen utensils . There is also an Iron and Ironing board available.
Included in the apartment is also a underground parking place (nr 14) and in the basement you are free to use the gym with treadmills and other machines. There is also a sauna and changing rooms.
The final cleaning is included, just like linen, towels and the washing of these at the end of your stay. Beach Towels are not provided. For shorter stay than a full week there will be a charge of 100€ for this service.
There is inducted air-conditioning and heating installed throughout the apartment in all rooms ensuring your comfort. It is controlled from a panel in the living room and is very effective. Just set your preferred temperature and it will cool down or heat up the flat in a jiffy. Rent includes 150kwh electricity per week additional usage charged at €0.25 per kwh
The 150kwh will be sufficient provided you shut off the aircon when you leave the flat or when you spend time on the terrace with opened sliding doors. Since the apartment is on the ground floor it is relatively cooler anyway and if you close the shutter when you leave this will keep it cool during the day.
You will be asked for a 300€ cash deposit at your arrival by the service agent which will be returned to you when you leave. The deposit can be used in the unlikely event of damages or if additional use of electricity for example.
There is a camera intercom system so that visitors pressing B1 at the gate can be viewed and the gate opened the from the control panel in the kitchen.
