From the owner

We offer you the first floor of our house, a 15m2 room that opens onto a terrace of 20m2. The latter has two chairs and a table and two chairs. You can have breakfast either in this beautiful space (facing East / West and equipped with an electric blind) in our garden. Your room also has a small kitchen area (fridge, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, crockery ...) as well as a private bathroom. This small studio / guest house is 15 minutes to the center of the foot, but you also have 3 minutes from the house, a free shuttle that goes to the center every 6 minutes. You can park in front of our house, but we can also pick you up at the train station according to our possibilities. The TGV station is 3 km from the center and serves it with regular shuttles. Avignon is a pretty average town ideally situated for visiting the region: Alpilles, Luberon, the Monts de Vaucluse, the Camargue, the Blue Coast .... so many places to discover quietly under the light and the sun If you want to relax away from the crowds but only 10 minutes from downtown, if you need a home to come and enjoy the festival of Avignon, if like us, you like theater, music, opera, exchanges, conviviality, come home! We will be happy to tell you about all these places and advise you possibly small tours, restaurants, shows ... that might suit you! Soon be under the sun of Provence!

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How can I retract my booking request?

    How do I cancel my booking?

    Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mireille (the owner) a message.

    If Mireille (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
