Villa Gašparini - a cute istrian holiday house for your perfect vacation!

In the heart of Istria there is a small village called Cerion in which a nice little istrian villa is waiting for you. Cerion is situated nearby Višnjan, which is close to a one of the biggest croatian tourist centers - Poreč.

Brand new decorated with a pleasant atmosphere where you'll feel as if you're at home. Warm flame from a fireplace, garden view or evening wine drinking in an outdoor hot tub will definitely relax you in every way. For you we have prepared a welcome gift, little vegetable garden and also a legendary Renault 4 by which you can go for a ride thru our countryside (on request). Besides it, you can use bicycles, a quad and a scooter (included in price).

Depending on season, some other surprises are waiting for you: Eco fruits and vegetables from our gardens, wild mushrooms, asparagus, grapes, chestnuts, etc.

We'll be glad to share some of our effort and enthusiasm for living along with nature.

As we're active in different sports we can recommend you some interesting bike routs, organize hunting (depending on hunting season), trap shooting, traditional and classic bowling....

On more than 500 square meters infield for you we have redecorated a vegetable and flower garden. For daily relax, long evening talks and fun or morning coffee drinking there is a big terrace and little, more intimate summer house. During clear and sunny days in every time of the day you will be able to find sunbathed part of the garden but also at the same time you won't be missing shade. A brand new hot tub with 5 seats (including 2 lounges), 26 All-Active Hydrotherapy Jets and 8 Air Jets will chill you out during hot summer months, or warm you up during spring and autumn period. Wooden beach around it and cosy deck chairs enable you to read your favorite books, sunbathe or to work on your tablet or smartphone.

Use of hot tub is included in prices from 15th of April until 15th of October. After October 15th until April the 15th one 70 € time fee is to be paid at arrival.

Why can't I call Natasa (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Natasa (the owner) a message.

If Natasa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
