Very nice Cape style home with Central A/C on the oceanside of Eastham in a quiet location on the cul de sac. There is an open floor plan for the kitchen, dining and living space. There is also one bedroom with a queen sized bed and a flat screen TV on the first floor with a full bath. Upstairs there is one bedroom with two new twins and the other with a new queen sized bed and a bunk bed (no railings). There are Mini Split System A/C units through out the house for comfort. Garage NOT for tenant use. NO Pets Accepted.
