L' appartamento si trova al primo piano di un fabbricato recentemente ristrutturato dotato di un ampio loggiato,tipico delle case rurali bellunesi, situato all'interno di una radura in una zona estremamente tranquilla e su una splendida e soleggiata posizione in località Roncoi; luogo ideale per facili passeggiate tra prati e boschi o percorsi più impegnativi nel Parco delle Dolomiti Bellunesi è ottima base per raggiungere i comprensori sciistici della provincia.

Nelle immediate vicinanze della casa partono i sentieri di salita al monte Pizzocco (dichiarato patrimonio dell'umanità dall' UNESCO) dalla cui sommità la vista spazia dal mare alle cime dolomitiche o per semplici escursioni tra boschi di latifoglie dove è facile incontrare il capriolo, il muflone e lo scoiattolo.

A pochi chilometri si trovano le storiche città di Feltre e di Belluno che meritano di essere viste per i loro palazzi , i musei e le chiese con pregevoli opere d'arte; per gli amanti dello shopping è d'obbligo la visita ai numerosi negozi.

Sono facilmente raggiungibili le più belle località delle Dolomiti ( Cortina, Alleghe, Moena, S.Martino di Castrozza) come le città d'arte di Venezia e Treviso e le zone di produzione del famoso vino Prosecco.

Le strade poco trafficate sono ideali per gli amanti dello sport della bicicletta ed i sentieri per interessanti percorsi in mountain bike alla scoperta di luoghi meravigliosi .

A breve distanza si trova il lago del Mis, il lago del Corlo per gli amanti della pagaia dolce, il lago di Santa Croce dove si pratica la vela ed il surf; le piste da sci del Nevegal e del Civetta; lo stadio del ghiaccio di Feltre; le piscine di Santa Giustina , di Belluno e di Feltre; il canyoning nelle numerose forre; il volo a vela sul monte Avena.

Gli ospiti avranno a disposizione uno spazio riservato per parcheggiare più auto, una zona a verde loro riservata per il relax, per sdraiarsi al sole o cucinare all'aperto sul barbecue.

L'appartamento di 150 metri quadrati si compone di tre camere per un totale di sei posti letto, una ampia cucina dotata di moderne attrezzature e soggiorno con TV , un bagno con vasca idromassaggio e doccia, un bagno con doccia, un ampio loggiato con vista sulla vallata del Piave.

Una camera è solo matrimoniale, una camera può essere dotata sia di letto matrimoniale che con due letti singoli, la terza camera è prevista con letto singolo, ma a richiesta può essere trasformata in matrimoniale o con due letti singoli.

In dotazione stenditoio, asse e ferro da stiro, aspirapolvere, lavanderia con lavatrice e lavatoio, sedie e tavolino in vimini per il loggiato esterno, lettini, sedie e tavolino in plastica per soggiornare sul prato della zona a verde.

Saremo inoltre lieti di indicarvi i numerosi locali della zona nei quali potrete gustare ed apprezzare i piatti della gastronomia locale e le numerose manifestazioni folcloristiche, enogastronomiche e delle tradizioni locali che si susseguono per tutta l' estate.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send DIEGO (the owner) a message.

If DIEGO (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
