These large beautiful homes are on the outskirts of Jaco city and close to various beaches and tourist destinations. The 1420 to 2250 sq ft. homes are conveniently located on the main highway near all large tourist destinations in Costa Rica's Central Pacific area and only minutes away from Jaco, Carara National Park, and the Tarcolces Crocodile Bridge. Each home carefully placed, with our guests privacy in mind, on a fully enclosed fruit grove consisting of mango, star fruit, guava, guanabana, papaya, cashew, avocado, bananas, plantains, lemon, orange, and grapefruit trees. A house with private pool is available for an extra fee.

The homes are brand new, luxurious, and spacious. There are also many restaurants, souvenir stands, markets and local fruit stands within walking distance. The 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom 1420 sq feet home.

A large pool and lots of paths can be found throughout the property. There is also a large amount of wildlife on the property including mantled howler monkeys, butterflies, turtles, red tailed squirrels, iguanas, frogs, forest rabbits, Scarlet Macaws and a variety of seasonal tropical birds.

Complete tourism destination planning, payment, and transportation arrangements for individuals or groups can be arranged through our concierge who is fluent in English and Spanish.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am glad you enjoyed your stay and the troop of Mantled Howler Monkeys. They really are amazing in their natural habitat especially when they jump from tree to tree with little babies clinging to their backs. Many people don't realize that Costa Rica has two seasons, the green and dry seasons. During the green season it tends to rain in the late afternoon and all of Costa Rica is very lush and green. During the dry season many part of Costa Rica are under official drought conditions and the local municipalities and government will enforce water conservation. Towns, golf courses, and hotels will actually have the water restricted or turned off for hours every day. This does not happen at the property. The property has its own well and fresh water system with a large captivation tank. The captivation tank holds more than enough for all our guests to have fresh filtered water. During the dry season we do our part by not watering all 20 acres or having the various water features unnecessarily using water that is reserved for guests. We only water the gardens and yards around the homes as well as the road landscaping. By doing this we can always guarantee our guests have all the fresh water they need. There are times during the dry season where the wind blows strongly for days. It is a refreshing time of year. Some of the 450 mango, papaya, cashew, banana, star fruit, and citrus trees on the 20 acres are blooming or with fruit, but others have leaves falling. I hire extra employees to maintain the property. When there are strong winds and lots of trees shortly after one area is raked the wind blows new leaves right back to that area. I am sure you noticed all of these things not only at the property, but throughout the entire Central Pacific region of Costa Rica. We Costa Ricans try to enjoy the beautiful elements that come with each season and hope that tourists feel the same when they visit. People can not visit Costa Rica in the dry season and expect an abundant amount of dense green growth everywhere, just as a person can't visit a ski resort in Aspen during summer and expect 2 feet of fresh snow. I do not say this to be snide, but I would like for you and future travelers to understand the different seasons of Costa Rica. I do want to apologize for the pool furniture and confusion with the kitchen items and clubhouse hours. There was an incident with the pool furniture and we did not want to leave the pool area with only tables, a few chairs, and benches. Half the furniture was sent out for improvements. When they return the remaining pieces will be sent. With regards to the toaster and blender the kitchens are large, but there is only so much counter space for these items. The welcome letter and guest guidelines given to you upon arrival mention that if you need a toaster, blender, additional pots, pans, or anything else including use of the clubhouse gym to please ask the manager. Extra kitchen items are stored at the clubhouse so as not to clutter the home. I hope you decide to visit us again in the coming green season. You will be able to enjoy the different climate and flowering fruits as well as remedies to all your comments and concerns.

Costa Rica is a beautiful country filled with an abundance of nature and wildlife. The property is not located in a city center, so we are fortunate enough to have Mantled Howler Monkeys, Coati, Agoati, tropical birds, butterflies, hummingbirds, and much more on the 20 acre converted mango and fruit plantation. I mentioned this to you in our messages and in the over 40 emails we exchanged before you arrived. When you first arrived at the property you mentioned an issue with the animal noise, specifically the Mantled Howler Monkeys, as well as 2 of the 12 outside light bulbs being out. I stayed in constant contact with you as well as the manager and offered to have someone change the light bulbs immediately. You refused because you did not want to stay near the troop of monkeys. I contacted the cleaning crew and had another home, away from the monkeys, cleaned while you were at dinner. Upon returning from dinner you wanted a full refund and refused to even go into the home that was just cleaned. I did everything I could to accommodate you, but you refused to stay and even took the effort to write a bad review. As you can see from the 80 plus 4 and 5 star reviews on this an other sites guests very much like the property. We even received two 5 star reviews from guests staying during the same dates you would have been at the property. Both reviews mentioned how amazing the experience was to have 26 monkeys with babies right on the property. I wish your experience with us would have been different. I hope you enjoyed my beautiful Costa Rica.

Relaxing and just being with the nature that surrounds the house and being able to pick your own fruits is such a treat.
