“Nice place for a nice price” If you are looking for a place that is close to both Hunter and Windham - this is the place. It is equidistant from both mountains (maybe slightly closer to Windham), and very convenient to get to/from the mountains. Prattsville took a big hit from Hurrican Irene and is still recovering, but don't let the area drive you away, the cabin is quite nice inside. The host, Ella, is very accomodating - we had a last minute change in plans and she took it all in stride. The most telling about my review - I would stay here again!

We had 5 kids and rain days thank goodness the house was set up nicely for fun rainy days. The outdoors is wonderful with a great walking path, hot tub and fire pit.
