“Mt. bike trip” The condo was very nice. Would love to stay here again before the price increases. Good location also.

“Wonderful place” We truly enjoyed staying in Moab Flats #1. It was the perfect place for my husband, son and me to begin our adventures into Arches and Canyonlands NP. The location is just 1/2 a block from the main street in Moab. We could walk to many restaurants and even to the place where we took our Hummer Tour. We could drive to Arches in about 5 minutes and Canyonlands in about 30-40 if I'm remembering correctly. We would definitely stay here again.

“Great Location” My daughter and I came to mountain bike. Having access to the bike barn and cleaning station in the back was a huge plus so we didn't have to leave our bikes on the car overnight. We also took advantage of the hot tub to erase the effects of 10-hour days in the saddle. The unit had everything we needed to eat-in and was easy walking distance to main street so we didn't have to drive anywhere to eat-out. All in all, we were very pleased with the cleanliness of the property, access to parking and proximity to shops and dining.

“AWESOME” This place was perfect. Close to downtown. Great lockable bike storage! Even had a bike stand. Had everything I needed.

“Home away from home” Great location, modern amenities and decor, amazing outdoor space & secure bike storage shed. Would recommend highly & excellent value.

“Moab Flats #5 - Excellent 1br. Vacation Rental in Central Moab” Nicely appointed vacation rental apartment that had sleeping for 4 adults (1 king, 2 twin beds). Full kitchen plus washer and dryer. Everything was very new and in excellent working order. Super clean and very comfortable. We stayed only 1 night, but this would be perfect for a longer stay. Only negative (that didn't bother me but might irritate a light sleeper) was that the central air conditioner was fairly loud. Would definitely recommend this location to friends or family.

“Moab Flats” Our family, of 10, were very satisfied with the units. Love the décor, bed was very comfortable. It was so convenient to Main Street and restauratns. Enjoyed the conversation area in back on several occasions.

“Great Location close to National Parks” Great location close to National Parks and walking distance to main street of Moab. Unit was clean and comfortable. Only down side - during our stay Friday-Monday, guest in other units were partying until after 1:00 AM on Saturday night. We had one sleepless night. We would come back and rent one of the Moab Flat units but would avoid week-ends.

“awesome” great place to stay close to town and grocery great patio area for chillin and grillin clean new and nicely decorated -

“Great Place” A different lodging arrangement, for sure, but we loved it. The cabin was well appointed and comfortable, and the setting was gorgeous. Our favorite part, however, was having a temporary goat farm at our back porch and Boy (the ranch dog) deciding to join us on our morning runs.

“Very Comfortable” We enjoyed being able to kick back and relax after a day out on the 4x4 trails. The kitchen was very nicely equipped, the bedrooms and bathrooms had plenty of linens, and the whole place was very well kept. We had a minor issue at the end of our stay, the lock on the front door broke and we had not been given a garage door opener, but property management came out to try and solve the problem for us. We would definitely stay here again.

“A Nice Stay” My family and I, all 6 of us, stayed in Moab from June 30th through July 3rd. We found the rental extremely clean and better than we had expected. We chose this rental over 2 rooms at the Hampton Inn in downtown Moab. The residence was in a quiet place on the outer edge of the city and off the main drag where we could enjoy a quiet night's sleep. Water pressure was good, all electrical, appliances worked perfectly. We would rent the unit we chose again.

“Great Stay!” We stayed in the Ranch House at Pack Creek Ranch over Easter weekend 2014. Our stay was great and we will return in the future! The Ranch house has three bedrooms, two with two queens and one with a king. The bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable. There are also two twins in the dining room, odd placing, but I guess they want to use the space to house as many guests as they can. We did not sleep comfortably the first night because the house was freezing. It was truly our own fault because we were unaware that we had to turn the thermostat up. I work at a hotel and we perform a check-in checklist for every arrival into the hotel. When we do that we turn the thermostat up or down depending on the season so the guests are comfortable upon arrival. Once that was figured out, we slept great the last two nights. We were very pleased with the kitchen. The kitchen has more than enough silverware and all of the cookware you could possibly need. We loved the fact that we were able to prepare each days meal in advance and dinner at night. The dining room has a large table and we took advantage of that space each day. The hot tub is located only a number of steps from the home and was cleaned daily by a maintenance person. We were disappointed that the swimming pool was not open, but the sauna made up for that. My only complaint is that there really is only one shower. There is a large bathroom space that housed a bathtub, toilet and sink. With five of us in the house, it would have been nice to have an extra shower. None of us took advantage of taking a bath while we were there as we got ready and out of the house early each morning. We did like the fact that there were three separate toilets. There were plenty of towels and extra bedding in each room. This place was great and we are already looking at dates in September so that we can take my girls. The price is right for the amount of space you get and the drive is worth it!

“Great Moab vacation!” Love this apartment! It was well kept and fully stocked. The location is perfect. Only a couple of blocks from town center. Moab is a great vacation spot. Really enjoyed the area. So much to do. Will definitely come back.

“Good value” The room was great with plenty of space. It was convenient to have the kitchen. The only con was the lack of air circulation in the front room. We were there in mid-July with temperatures in the high 90s to low 100s during the day. The window air conditioning units just did not cut it because the air did not circulate which made for uncomfortable sleeping in the front room. However, I would still recommend this unit and would stay there again. I would love to visit in the fall or spring next time.

“Great stay” I have zero complaints. We had a great stay here. It was close to town, super clean, comfortable beds with good linens, plenty of room for our family of 4. Great experience, nice grounds and condo. Would absolutely stay again.

“My Favorite Place To Stay in Moab!” My friends and I have been staying at the Purple Sage a couple of times a year for the last several years and I can say it is the perfect place for our twice a year bike trips. What makes this the ideal place to stay for our bike trips for a number of reasons including having a nice place to store our bikes, a shady frontyard to "hang out", comfortable rooms, and excellent WiFi not to mention the location is convenient walking distance to downtown. Also, the owners continue to make improvements to the property ... we were all surprised by the nice changes this Spring from when we were there last Fall. All in all a nice place to stay ... we'll be back for sure!

“Nice tidy space for our family of four.” This worked well for us with 2 kids and 2 adults. The main space is a bit small, but everything is tidy and usable and the bed in the nook of the living area was great. Fridge and kitchen fine, beds comfortable and showering water was hot. The rooms were clean and bedding was adequate and so were the window blinds and curtains. We did not really need the heating or cooling. Gave us an extra air bed to use which also was great and new. It was quiet when we were there and easy to take our things in and out of the room. The laundry room was excellent and very clean and would be good if you had bikes. The front yard was nice. Could use a few touch ups in the kitchen, drawer liners and a few more kitchen tools, and also additional places to put and hang things in the bathroom such as towels and swimsuits. Needs a luggage/suitcase stand or two or three. The self check in was great. The hot tub was 102* a bit hot for the kids to use but clean and functional. Overall very pleased, it was private, quiet and seemed secure and in my opinion much better than a hotel on the main road. Would stay here again since now it is known and worked so well for us.

“great place” one of the most pleasant stay during my trip to Midwest. Especially for families. A little far from the entrance of Arch national park.

“September in Moab” Great looking place but a little far out of town. Unit needed more lamps for mellow lighting. Great master bedroom! Other bedrooms furniture was crammed into rooms. Only TV's in master and living room had cable. May stay there again- not sure yet.

“Great Condo!” The condo was very clean and looked to be recently renovated in the last year or so. The location is great...just 3 blocks from downtown Moab. No need to drive...ever. We would definitely stay here again.

“We enjoyed our stay at the Purple Sage very much.” Appreciated the bike storage,hot tub,and the lawn tables and chairs made it so nice.

“Comfortable” Check in was easy and prearranged. I was surprised to find my name on the door with air conditioners cooling the room. It was a perfect location and the unit was stocked nicely. I found the unit clean and comfortable. Next time I'll stay longer than I did. Don't hesitate, this is a good one.

“Government shutdown didn't phase us” The condo is very comfortable, roomy & clean. A flat screen in every bedroom & the master on-suite is an extra plus! No complaints from a "picky" person,everything was great. tried to book same condo after the arches Nat'l Park re-opened but it was booked, :( Location was excellent, far enough from the Center of town but close to everything.

“Nice condo despite difficulties” The condo was beautiful and just what we expected. We had gorgeous views of the rim from almost every window and from the patio. Location wise, it's definitely one of the best units in Rim Village. Very spacious and well decorated. The garage was a nice plus! We had a few difficulties with the unit, but the property management company was great to work with. They were able to take care of the problems in a timely manner: 1. The air conditioner wasn't working when we arrived. It was 80 degrees inside with no cold air coming out the vents. We called the property management company and they send a repairman within the hour and he was able to fix it right away. Great service!! 2. The fridge wasn't keeping anything cold. We had to put all of our food back in the coolers overnight. The property management company sent a repairman right away and he was able to clean the coils and fix the fridge. 3. The mattress in the master bedroom was TERRIBLE. It was like seeping inside a big hole. We were able to take some extra pillows and put them under the mattress to lift it up and make it flat again, then we slept fine. Overall I think it's a nice condo. We would stay here again provided the owners replace the mattress in the master bedroom. We loved the condo complex and enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well.

“Great accomodations” We loved our accommodation. It was beautiful and clean. The staff was also very helpful and knowledgeable. Great place!

“Perfect” We could not have had a better experience at this accommodation. Everything was very clean, comfortable and more spacious than it appeared on screen. We had a gorgeous view of the Moab red rocks and simply did not want to leave. We also took advantage of the outside BBQ setup. It was a bit cold for the pool, but we would have used that too in a different season.

“Great for our group” Found this unit the day we were driving into Moab. Great house with well appointed kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms. Washer dryer was a great bonus. We had six adults (my husband and I, his sister, and our three 20- something boys.) The bed setup was perfect for us. Plenty of room for all of us after long days of hiking in the desert. It's a little South of town so you have to drive for restaurants and shopping but that was fine for us. The pool was greatly appreciated after long days in the desert. My only complaint was that they only left a couple of tiny shampoo tubes and body wash (hotel type) and since there was no daily maid service it wasn't nearly enough for three nights and six people. Had to buy more. Bar soap would be better in a place like that.

“Great getaway weekend” We enjoyed our Thanksgiving getaway weekend very much. The condo was warm and comfortable. Great place to walk the dogs and just a very short drive to hiking trails. The golf course was just around the corner. We'll be back in the summer and stay longer.

“Beautiful Place to stay...” Moab Lodging and Property was very accommodating when we needed to change sites. They re-directed us to the Hacienda which was located in a quiet neighborhood south of Moab. Beautiful views, nice place to run! Beautiful mesa ridges surrounding where we stayed. Loved being in a place which made me feel at home! Would have liked a queen bed in the second bedroom instead of twin beds. Mattresses were worn. Still did not detract from the stay.

“Why get a hotel room?” For the price of a hotel room in Moab you can get 3 bedrooms and 2 bath. (Off season). This place was amazing! Plenty of room for kids, movies, and all of your gear in the garage. All in all this place is a steal. The only down side was that the carpets were starting to show wear and dirt in the high traffic areas, and there was no garage door opener. Grey pearl comes fully furnished, from plates and bowls, to sandwich bags and movies. What a great place to stay!
