“Beautiful Ski Home conveniently located in Deer Valley!” Beautifully decorated ski house and a great owner who makes sure everything is just perfect for your stay. The rustic elegance and attention to detail, along with the close proximity to all ski areas and Old Town Park City, make this location ideal. I highly recommend this house for a family group - our group of three families have rented this house for the past 4 years, and look forward to another week in 2012! We greatly appreciate the generous square footage - there is plenty of room for everyone. The relaxing atmosphere combined with all the amenities and conveniences make you feel right at home. Our granddaughter wants to move there! Lots of nice extras in the kitchen, new washer/dryer, great comfy beds and pillows. Cozy living room with fireplace and magnificent views. Super location, easy walk to the free shuttle stop - only minutes away from Deer Valley's "executive" ski slopes! The ski shuttle makes having a rental car unimportant, but there is a garage available. The very private hot tub is a wonderful place to relax after a long day of skiing.

“Wonderful family vacation in a beautiful home” This home is very nice, and everything seemed new, clean, and beautifully furnished and decorated. We enjoyed the 3 level floor plan and comfortably spent many hours together in the spacious family room (there were 8 of us). We were extremely happy with the leasing agents who were very attentive to details and making sure our stay was comfortable and pleasant. In fact, I would say they "went the extra mile" to obtain items that we requested (such as a crock pot and a high chair). They even contacted us the evening we checked out because the cleaning crew had found something we accidentally left, and shipped it the next day. The location of the home is mid-way between the Town Lift and the base of Pcmr and it is an easy walk either direction in regular shoes, but a difficult walk in ski boots. Something to note, however, is the narrow driveway which caused us some trouble parking, loading and unloading a large SUV.

“A day of sunshine in gods country” We spent our usual Thanksgiving at Julie's housel We have been coming here about three times a year for the past nine years. And to say it is like home is the understatement of the year. Place is always immaculate when we check in and everyone is so pleasant. The surroundings are outstanding and it is so close to everything. I can think of no place I would rather stay if I could. This is a place I would put my best friends up in if I had to chose one spot. The owner, Jul;ie, is helpful beyond belief and always, no matter time of day, ready to help any way she can. “Wonderful Location!” We all enjoyed the great location right next to the Pinview Reservoir. The rental is in condition and the owner was very awesome to work with. She went above and beyond to make our stay the best!!!
